I wanted to talk to a sales agent via phone. I called 3-4 times and kept getting their answering service who said they would call back within 2-3 days.... I never got a call back. I even requested I get transferred to a sales agent and they said it wasn't possible. Every other dealer I contacted got back to me the same day.

Only Dealership I’ve experienced where their online advertised pricing is not true. They add from 2.5 to 3 thousand dollars for “low jack and security... equipment already installed”. And you have to pay for it additionally. This way of working kills deals. Will never buy here and will never recommend this place. Sorry.
The overall experience was great. Matthew was our sales person and I ended up buying the mazda 3. He was very helpful and kind. Would purchase from this... dealership again for sure.

Add $3,000 to $5,000 to all the prices you see because that's what they add to all used cars before even taxes and other fees. They include a scotch guard... or whatever, a lo jack and other items that you can't get out of or have removed.

I called before driving in 1hr, trying to speak to a salesman, but the receptionist stated they do not do that. Once there, they added on around $2500... to the price for things like LoJack, door guards, and some type of wax to protect the paint. This was already added to the car so they could make extra , removing it is not an option. The original price of the car was advertised as $16900 and they wanted around $2200 after add-ons and taxes. This is an extremely deceptive practice. When discussing this, the manager stated it is on their website, but it is in very small text in light font. The price of the add-ons should just be included in the price of the car, I'm very disappointed to have driven 2hr back and forth with my small toddler. Completely unethical...

DO NOT GO HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!!!!!! Absolutely horrible customer service. No help at all. I bought a practically new 2017 outlander feb 2019... and it’s been NON STOP issues since Half they wouldn’t even cover because they swore they wouldn’t have missed aftermarket stereo parts which they sold me the car with!!! Which then caused electrical issues I had to pay out of pocket to fix Now my cars overheating and has constant electric issues efen still! Currently need a new radiator which they surprisingly covered with my warranty but they told me it’d be done in 5 days now 5 days come around and they said it’ll take another week and a half! They don’t provide any help at all with rental coverage or a rental car but they’ll give you a loaner car only if they want to and they make sure you know it!! I called to speak to a manager to see if I could get a different car or figure out another plan since the tiny mirage they gave me doesn’t even fit all my fsmily!!! Instead the manager got a major attitude and told me I’m not grateful and that i can either bring that loaner car back today or he will report the car stolen instead!!!! Then he hung up on me!!!!! I will be suing.

Add ~$3,000 to the price of all the used cars on their site, because that's the "accessory" package they add to each car but don't show in the price on... their site. I guess it's in the "fine print" but that fine print doesn't show up on some third party listing sites, such as the site I looked at before I drove an hour there for the tour. In addition, they won't remove the accessory package because it's permanent additions, so if the car suddenly jumps from $16k to $19k, it's a big change in price and there's not really anything they'll do to help you out. Only positive is the associate who helped me was friendly....

I’ve purchased about 30 cars in my life. In the 80’s gimmicks were commonplace at dealers. They declined slowly over the next 30 years to the point that... my last 6 car purchases within the past decade were virtually gimmick free. However, with my recent used car attempted purchase at Auto Gallery Mitsubishi in Corona, the old time gimmicks returned with a vengeance. They offer a great price on Cars.com, but when you get there they quickly add $2,000 for ridiculous options that have nothing to do with buying a used car: LoJack? Paint sealer (I.e., they washed the car and put wax on it)? Some other funky fees like “Dealership special package fee” or something crazy like that. Seriously? Why not add “Missing Elephant Fee” or “Norwegian Filibuster Fee” or “Moon Shot Messaging Fee”—because they sound the same to me. It was the biggest waste of my time. I brought my 80 year old parents from Seal Beach to see the car, because it was for them. I called to finalize the price, and literally no one would return my call. I had to drive there in the 115 degree record heat in order to get my questions answered regarding price—which is when I was introduced to their back woods sales tactics. I haven’t been this disappointed with a car purchase experience in 30 years. Avoid this place!

Bait and switch!!! Came to buy a car, they tell me the actual price is $2200 more! Plus sales tax, plus license and title, plus plus... DISHONEST PEOPLE.... UNPROFESSIONAL - Never again!!!!!!

EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE! 2013 Leaf advertised online for $5150 (dealer site and cars.com Go to see car and there's about $2,500 in add ons (Lojack, clear... coat, scotch guard) and $1,000 cash sale fee (it's in the fine print). Poor salesperson, not her fault, but this process is awful...I expected it and told her I did not have to pay those fees and that ended our discussion. Bummer, really wanted the car.
