    I'll start off by informing you that they stole my spare tire. or specifically the tech (Joe Godoy) stole my spare tire and replaced it with a used... one, I have never used my spare tire. ever. He also went through my glove compartment took a couple dollars and replaced my front license plate frame with a broken one of their own. It was my first time going to this dealership because the one nearest to me closed down; there is no reason for me to have a frame advertising this dealership. I was going for a routine 65,000-70,000 mile maintenance package. Said it would take 1.5 hours, we were there for 3 hrs. There was nothing good about my experience going here. i hope this review helps. if you're looking for a trustworthy Mitsubishi dealership. DO NOT GO HERE. Find somewhere else to go, no matter how far it is. Also, removed my skid plate and never reinstalled it, so now the undercarriage of my car is vulnerable to damage. I might actually sue this company

    The overall experience was great. Matthew was our sales person and I ended up buying the mazda 3. He was very helpful and kind. Would purchase from this... dealership again for sure.

    Money first, customer last, test drove on sunday, emailed and spoke to sales manager larry almost everyday until Wed I spoke with Larry agreed to purchase... car on saturday, receives an email on next day if was still interested when I called dealer they had already sold car, no one said anything about a down payment, i guess a person's word means less then money in hand, even received an email from general manager she said to contact her if I had any problems, when I did she text me to just deal with sales manager worst customer service from any dealer I've dealt with

    Dear Buyer, Beware of the selling tactics at this dealership. Dealer did not advertise LoJack as apart of pricing but tired to use LoJack to leverage... pricing. Very unethical, very unprofessional, and very argumentative. They made me very uncomfortable throughout the process. I'm a preapproved buyer, with cash as the down payment and the customer service was horrible. I walked out. Buyer Beware.

    I purchased a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer for my son from Auto Gallery in November 2011. They were paid cash but Auto Gallery filed a lien on the car with California... DMV. My son moved to Rock Hill SC in 2016 and when he went to get a new title at SC DMV, he learned Auto Gallery had a lien on the car and he could not obtain a clear title, register the car or insure it. I contacted CA DMV to verify and have a report stating Auto Gallery has a lien on the car even though they were paid in full in 2011. My son's mother traveled to Corona CA from Rock Hill SC in June 2017 to attempt to resolve. She was treated rudely and was unsuccessful. I contacted CA DMV, Larry Romeo, Sales Manager for Auto Gallery and Ella, Auto Gallery's finance manager. Both Larry and Ella promised to send me a lien release form on October 11, 2017. I have not received this. I have sent follow up emails to both but have not received a response.

    The customer service was excellent. One of the cars we requested to see at first we couldn't find it, then the battery wouldn't start, then it was out... of gas. We had to wait for quite a while before we could test drive it. Wish they would take you on a longer test drive to get a better feel of the car. Although we didn't buy a vehicle here, overall everyone was nice and would go back to see them.

    They have great prices which is what caught my attention. I normally pass on Mitsubishi products, but I figured I would give them a try after seeing their... discounts. Everything was going fine until they realized I was self employed. Apparently they have the only banks in the world that don't accept bank statements as proof of income....

    I asked for true pictures of the actual truck before I drove 30 miles to see it. The guy I was working with, Zach, did not have the time to go snap some... pictures. All that I could see was a stock photo of a brand new truck that was not even the same color. I also asked for an out the door price, but he could not give that to me because he did not know the tax rate in my city which is 8%. All he had to do was ask.
