    I purchased a 500 SL from Edward. I was somewhat hesitant about buying a vehicle sight unseen but everything turned out great. What I really liked was all the pictures that Autos of Dallas provided on their website. I would definitely purchase another car from this dealership and Edward.

    This was the worst buying experience I have ever had with anything. I drove four hours to close on a purchase and trade in my vehicle. They called when I was about 30 minutes out to tell me the car would not be ready. I still went in and closed - paid for the car, signed the title over from my trade and drove home in my trade. The swap was supposed to happen two days later. Three days later, I had not heard from them so I called. They didn't seem to even know about my deal. Finally they figure it out and say they will ship my car in another two days and pick up my trade. Delivery driver calls to meet me and then tells me he doesn't pick up cars. I have to call the dealer again to tell them to come get my trade, so I have to go meet another driver later that day. On top of that, the car was delivered on empty, the battery in the key fob is dead and the car needs to go into Audi for service because it doesn't start properly. The car was delivered two days ago. I will never buy from them again and would suggest nobody does. Awful experience.

    I purchased a 2015 Lexus ES 350 last month. I picked up the car on a Saturday after we arranged financing through my bank - I was preapproved. When my wife and I picked up the car we were escorted to the car, given one key, and the salesman left. When I asked about a second key over the phone I was told I would be contacted by someone in the service department. I never received a call. I drove 50 miles to the dealership and was told that used cars commonly only have one key. Bull. I asked to speak to the salesman and was told he was no longer with the dealership. What kind of organization sells a luxury car with only one key???? I cringe when it comes time to get service from an organization like that.

    The salesman Andrew Garcia lied to me from the very beginning. I traveled from Santa Fe New Mexico by car with a friend to pick up a 2015 BMW 740 that i was promised would be waxed and ready to go when i arrived. I planned to get there around 9 am but did not arrive til after 10 am. Mr Garcia had called me prior to my arrival informing me that the BMW that was supposed to waxed and ready for me, was actually in the air on a lift in the service department. As he mentioned to me it needed rear brakes. Once i arrived i asked if i may look under the car since it was in the air anyway. Wow glad i looked so many flaws that i decided not to purchase that one but look at others.. A 2014 Jaguar XJL was my next option. A few imperfections but of course a used car. So i asked if for my inconvenience i might get a 2nd key for there was only one and a full tank of gas. I was basically told to pound sand and that they only gave a 1/4 tank and would not provide or attempt to provide a second key on a high end vehicle that was gonna cost me almost $40,000.00. So i left without my dream car. H Horrible Experience. Never again will i shop at Autos of Dallas.

    Robert (Chris) and Alex were outstanding to work with. Chris was extremely patient and accommodating as we search extensively for the right car. Alex made the final part of the buying process a breeze. He explained each step very well and really helped me understand the extended warranty options better than anyone has to date. I appreciate all of the friendly professionals at Autos of Dallas.

    Very pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and efficient. Robert Song was great to work with and very professional. Best price on the Mercedes we wanted. For once we felt like we got a fair deal buying a car as well as fair deal on our trade in. We came 5 hours away from Little Rock so the drive was well worth it!!

    I came in last week and met Sergio, one of the salesman at Autos of Dallas. He was very professional, courteous and exhibited a lot of patience. I was still in the "figuring what I wanted stage" and Sergio assisted me in narrowing down my choices, without any pressure whatsoever. I test drove a number of vehicles and brought Sergio with me so that he could explain the various features of the vehicle. The following week, I called up Sergio and and came in for a second round of test drives for my list of options. Once again, Sergio was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and with a no-pressure approach to assisting me. I ended up selecting the first vehicle on my list after a solo test drive. Sergio was very attentive to my needs and facilitated the whole process. Between Sergio and Mr. Santos, the finance guy, the whole process was seamless and a very positive car buying experience.     My BMW started rattling a month after buying the car. I feel as though it was a setup. They were nice but when I called back to get them on the phone. I couldn't. It was a hassle. This is not first or last BMW but I wouldn't buy from them again!

    I can't say enough about Vance Paynter, our sales person! He is knowledgeable, honest and friendly and once I met him I wasn't going to look elsewhere. We bought a Lexus, ant the car is great! I would definitely recommend Autos of Dallas to anyone. Ask for Vance!!

    I flew to Dallas over the weekend to purchase a car. I had been looking for a deal for a month. They had the one I wanted at the lowest price within a 500 mile radius. I applied for financing that was competitive and they kept the car for me for a week without a deposit. The car was ready all cleaned up when I got there. It was just as they had described. They did not have any extra fees on top of the price like another dealer that I checked out (came out to $700 total). I worked with Mo Garza that was honest and right to the point and Ryan Shuster in the financing who was very good too. He also arranged me a drop off for my rental car to the airport that was not close by. I am very pleased and will be using them again. Kristian
