We were really interested in a car they had advertised, so we called ahead to make sure it was still available. Two different employees confirmed that it was, and we even set up an appointment to go see it. After driving 30 minutes (and paying tolls), we showed up only to be told the car wasn’t there. It felt like we were misled just to get us into the dealership , classic bait and switch. It’s incredibly frustrating and a huge waste of our time and money. It’s disappointing that these kinds of tricks are still being used. We just wanted a straightforward experience, and instead we left feeling lied to.
