My wife and I recently leased our 3rd Hyundai from Suburban Hyundai of Troy and we couldn't be happier. Our sales consultant Ben Silwinski knew exactly... what we were looking for and found us a beautiful Hyundai Sonata at an incredible price. Ben and sales manager Jeff Bushar were extremely knowledgeable and courteous, explaining all the features of the Sonata while tirelessly answering all my questions. Finance Manager, Tyray Johnson, was also very courteous and knowledgeable, explaining all the details of the contract while offering several additional options for us to choose from. I was looking to buy new Sonata. I went to few Hyundai Dealerships in area. I liked Suburban Hyundai customer Service and Sales Person Ben Sliwinski. Ben... walk me thru all the options on Sonata. I did buy 2016 Sonata Sport. an Excellent car. I would definitely recommend Suburban Hyundai and Ben Sliwinski for any car purchase needs!!

Ben was straightforward and honest throughout the lease process. He has been working with Hyundai for many years, so he is very knowledgable about the... product and does a great job in helping his guests decide on the right vehicle and trim package. When it came time for delivery, Ben and the finance staff at Suburban Hyundai kept the process streamlined, so that I didn't have to spend hours at the dealership. This is my third Hyundai lease with Ben, and I definitely plan on returning in the future.
The dealership was very helpful and my salesman Mario Woodard went over and above to make sure we had a good experience. I will definitely recommend this... dealership and Mario to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.
It was obvious that they were shorthanded in the service dept. but Chris just took it in stride. I felt like he made me a priority and he made every effort... to compensate for my bad experience with a different dealerships service dept.. I was hesitant coming there but Chris and the mechanic that worked on my car earned my confidence and future business. Thank you Chris.
My car was in for some warranty work, and it took over 6 weeks to be completed. No loaner provided, no reimbursement for my rental car expense. I was... in the market for a replacement, and the pricing offered was a joke. They offered a demo model at as much as I paid for a loaded new model from a different manufacturer.
Got a great deal on a 2017 sonata hybrid (March 2018). I used the online contact form and was contacted quickly. Omar was knowledgeable during the test... drive. Spoke to Tom, manager, who was very friendly. Had a coffee while I decided to purchase. No one ever pressured me. All around great job. I bought it the same night and they stayed late and never hurried me.

This was a basic oil, lube and filter.. The work was performed in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and listened to my request.

Prompt and excellent service. I arrived at 5:00 PM and they close at 6:00 PM. They went out of their way to be sure that I had a working headlight before... they closed for the day.
