    BOTH SCOTT AND DEREK, THE SERVICE ADVISORS AT SUBURBAN HYUNDAI, IN TROY, MI, WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGABLE, AS WAS CRAIG, THE MECHANIC, WHO WORKED ON MY CAR - CRAIG WAS VERY HONEST, FRIENDLY, INFORMATIVE, AND HAD EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. THE CAR WAS READY ON TIME, AS PROMISED, AND WAS WASHED WHEN I PICKED IT UP. THIS IS A BRAND NEW DEALERSHIP WITH UPSCALE FACILITIES & AMENITIES.

    I visited a few Hyundai Dealerships looking for a car. Suburban was the best. It was like it was meant to be. When I first walked in, Paul was sitting at the door. He greeted me and my mom and took us to his cubicle. He was very patient and thorough. He answered all of my questions. He did not try to push me into buying something I did not want. He wrote out all of the figures. He gave me a great deal on my 2017 Hyundai Sonata. His manager was also kind and professional. My mom is a very tough to please, but Paul charisma and character won her over. I recommend anyone to come to Suburban Hyundai and ask for Paul. He will take goo care of you and make sure you find the car of your dreams.

    While I knew the vehicle I wanted, from the time I walked in the door and was greeted until I drove my least G90 home a few days later, this was one of the easiest and best car transactions experienced in over fifty years. While it has only been a week and one-half since delivery, and I am still learning how to use the features, the G90 is equaling, and in many cases, exceeding my expectations.

    Great team of people. From the beginning when I called ahead asked to have a Genesis G80 vehicle ready to drive, Adam greeted me at the door and took us in his office and showed us what they had. He introduced us to Ben who was great. Because my car has special adaptation; they were so patient and offered for me to take the car home and try it out for a couple days to see if it would work for me. The rest is history; I purchased the car and the deal was fair. Joe B was great in working with me on the finances. Overall a great experience.

    I have been shopping for a new family car for three weeks. Making a big purchase such as buying a car can be a stressful experience. I had some stressful experiences dealing with sales representatives at other dealerships. I felt pressured to make a quick decision and commit to buying a car on my first visit. One visit to the Suburban Hyundai dealership in Troy changed my perspective about customer service. Other dealerships should learn from Suburban Hyundai staff about how to deal with their customers. Mr. Adamm Davis, Mr. Paul Alexander and Mr. Joseph Janosky III made buying a car as easy and painless as possible for me. My experience started with Mr. Alexander when I emailed the dealership to see if they have a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe SE Ultimate with the ultimate Tech Package. Mr. Alexander was prompt in his email responses and was able to locate the car I was looking for and sent me the car details and price quotes I requested. I decided to visit the dealership and I met Mr. Adamm Davis, the Retail Operations Manager. He was a very busy manager but I noticed how he was doing his best to find ways to make things as easy and painless as possible for the customers waiting to meet him. Mr. Davis was a good listener, knowledgeable, and very patient from what I saw. After only one visit to the dealership and talking to its staff, I was pleased and decided to come the next day to purchase and sign the car paperwork. At the end, I met Mr. Janosky. He was very professional and explained to me all the warranties and maintenance offers to help protect my new vehicle. I do recommend anyone to visit the dealership and enjoy the same experience I encountered. Thank you Adamm, Paul, Joseph and all those who were involved in making my customer service experience a great one at Suburban Hyundai in Troy.
