Overall experience was very positive.

Overall experience was very positive. Got a loaner vehicle for three days. Car was in for 120000 service.Needed some repairs that required more time. Kyle was very helpful. They even brought the car back to me! Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Excellent. Alex Alex the salesman that helped me was was very attentive. Patient and I would not hesitate to buy a car from him again. The finance department did a good job of explaining various options. The facility was comfortable and attractive and we appreciate working with Lexus.

I was looking to replace my 2022 Toyota 4Runner with a

I was looking to replace my 2022 Toyota 4Runner with a Lexus in order to simplify service as my wife drives a Lexus. I was completely happy with my 4Runner (my second one), but wanted something a little more refined and with modern safety features. We were initially looking for a used SUV, but settled on a new (2026) NX350. Throughout the 2 day search and selection process, we were ably assisted by at least four sales reps, all of whom were exceptionally knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. There was never any pressure or urging us to buy one vehicle or another. Once we decided to purchase, the process was speedy and as uncomplicated as possible. The final familiarization and phone link process with the car was first rate and thorough. We were impressed overall with the Lexus of Melbourne facilities and amenities and the professionalism and helpful, customer-focused attitude of the staff. We are looking forward to a long and positive relationship with the Lexus of Melbourne dealership. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new or used Lexus.

I can only speak to my experience regarding their service dept. I was not pleased with my recent service at Lexus Melbourne. My service consultant Ray Tejeda was not helpful. I would not recommend this company for Lexus service. I did not get the service that I requested and the length of the appointment was longer than it should have been.

We had a friendly and pleasant experience all aound, I would definitely recommend this dealership! Our salesman, Bob, was very knowledgeable and made the process enjoyable.
