I took my car in for my 20000 mile service and I was told my car would be ready in an hour to hour and 15minutes. Well my car wasn't ready for 2... hours. Then once my car was drove around from the service bay, guy named Christopher was driving my car so fast that he halfway stopped my car between me speed bino and the red poles in the service area. I went back and told Caroline about it and she kind of brushed me off. Then my car tire pressure was filled incorrectly. I had to turn around and bring my car back to the dealership. Bill the service manager was rude as heck as well when I spoke to him about what happened. I feel like everytime I bring my cat to get serviced lately the service has been horrible.
Great dealership would recommend to anyone buying or having repairs very knowledgeable, courtesy very clean dealership go there for all my repairs or concerns... about my car car

I have been getting my car serviced near for past 3 years and I will never come back to get my car serviced here. I got a new service representative and... was not friendly at all. I’ll take my $ somewhere else
The team went above and beyond to help me. My salesman Marek was awesome about making sure everything that was important to me was important to him.
Buying process went well other than the fact that we came in for the 0% financing and it was actually cheaper to purchase the car with the "internet... price." I found this out when searching the website while I was at the dealership, no one said this to us prior to seeing the price sheet. We have called 6 times for a paperwork issue and it has not been resolved a month later.
We should start by noting that this is at least the seventh Toyota purchased by our family among three different states and in two countries. We were helped... first on the phone by Kelley who was very pleasant to deal with, and took our offer to the manager. Joe greeted us and finished the deal. The finance manager was also very kind and not too pushy. We received what we feel is a fair deal, and would certainly recommend this dealership!
