    We took our 2002 Sequoia in for brake service, pulsing while stopping and some squealing. Front rotors turned and new pads. Drove less than a week, same problem. Took it back, rear rotors turned, all new pads. Drove on short trip, same problems. Took back all new rotors, everything was new. Drove another week or so, pulsing was fixed, but brakes still squealing. Took it back, service said they heard no squealing, so after a somewhat difference of opinion with the service manager, asked that owner give me a call. So we headed home. One of the owners called, I discussed with him what was occurring. Returned to Sand Mountain Toyota, again, to leave our car overnight with service department. Receive a call that they heard the squealing, coming from these all new brakes and rotors, the next morning. They assured us they corrected the problem. Family took a trip out of town and after about three weeks, the squealing returns, a little at a time, now it's worse than when we originally took this vehicle in the first time. There is no pulsing but a squeal they cannot fix is still present. We will never go back to this Toyota dealership for anything. We've told all our friends and family about our great disappointment with this service and recommended they avoid this dealership. As of this review we've never received a follow up on our issue. You would think that a customer service call would have been made because of our continued problem that we are upset about. No, zero,zip, call from anyone. If you are thinking about purchasing a new or used car from this dealership, look very close at their service, it means everything, but not at this one with our experience. So now we have spent a good amount of money for new squealing brakes, that we've never had before with any other brake service on other vehicles we currently own or have owned.

    Very friendly atmosphere. Our salesman made sure we was happy with our purchase. He didn't try to push us into something we didn't like or couldn't afford. I highly recommend them, and I plan on purchasing another vehicle once my corolla is paid off.

    We saw a used car online that we wanted to buy and were able to fill out the credit app online as well. After work we went for a test drive and decided we wanted the car. The paperwork was started immediately and we drove off with the car. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful and they worked hard at every level to get us the best deal. I recommend this dealership to everyone.

    I saw the SC430 I been looking for called/e-mailed and the Sales rep got back to me with 1-day. That was great.. Din't purchase the car I think it was sold before I could get back to the dealer but I still like the way they responded.
