They created a hostile work environment and fired my fiancé with false information. We do have that man on recording admitting to this btw. Don’t apply to work here. ESP if Jason is still present at this workplace. You will not find happiness here nor will you thrive and move up.

The best VW dealership in Texas excellent service

I wanted to let Ancira VW know that my service assistant Andrea was incredible and profeesional which made my time at Ancira that much better .I will tell all my friends how great the servie is their ! Thank you again Duane Rohde .

Chris Brown is one of the best salesman I’ve come across...

Chris Brown is one of the best salesman I’ve come across at any car dealership!!! He’s very knowledgeable about the vehicles, even the used non-VW, ones we looked at, and bought. He is also very patient, we had three kids with us the whole time. And lastly, he is very personable. We enjoyed the shopping experience because of him! Thank you Chris!

Lies lies and wrong contract transfer

It’s unfortunate that a car dealership has to lie to get people to buy cars. Not only did they lie about their “free warranty and free life insurance” but they never explained that they keep the down payment, they don’t send it to the finance companies. The experience with this dealership was none other than shady, if you can stay clear of them. They don’t return phone calls and are always “unavailable”. Word of advice, don’t believe the “free” stuff they say. Also, if they say they “got down your interest rate” ALSO a lie.

Very unhappy with this dealership. Today (2/5/21) I went...

Very unhappy with this dealership. Today (2/5/21) I went there with intent to purchase a 2021 VW Jetta S with manual transmission. The listed price on the website was 17,515. We had a nice salesperson (Stephanie) who showed us the car and took us for a test drive. She was very knowledgeable. I was ready to make the deal and asked for the "out the door" price. When going over the paperwork, I noticed there was an additional charge of over $3000 for "dealer accessories". They said these are added to all of their vehicles. It included things like $400 for key replacement, $1500 for some kind of protective coating they put on the car, nitrogen in the tires, and VIN etching on the windows. I did not want any of the items on that list and certainly didn't want to pay for them. Of course Stephanie's manager had to come over and explain to us why these were necessary and couldn't be removed. Needless to say I left and will not be back. This is an obvious "bait and switch" policy that the dealership has. Another manager subsequently texted me and offered to take most of the accessories off the price but I declined and purchased the same car from North park without all the accessories. He said in his text that the website ad mentioned the additional cost of accessories but I searched again and cannot find this anywhere. It's hard to believe that people can be so ignorant and/or gullible to fall for this type of dishonest business practice.

Great Customer Service

Just bought my 2nd Passat from Joe Mejia at Ancira. Great guy, always takes good care of me, even had most of the paperwork done before I arrived......and he helped return the rental car! Thanks Joe!
