Bought 1980 Lincoln over the phone. Both Jim Gesswein and David Hystead were complete professionals. They were completely honest with me. I would certainly... reccomend this dealer to anyone looking for a classic car.
Bought a Acadia Denali from them..I have a thing with taking the dealers names off my vehicles took their sticker off and the had it covering up a dent... and a crease in the rear hatch..no it wasn’t there after the sticker was put on because the sticker was all in tact..look BUYERS BEWARE
Called and replied to email. Had car that interested me. But price is still to high.
I had to call them about a Jeep they have. They are more than $2000 over NADA high retail. I got no response to an email on Cars.com nor their website.... I finally called when i had a chance and asked if price was negotiable. He laughed at me and said no in not so many words. Very unprofessional.
I contacted Gesswein Motors about a car I saw on Cars.com. I did this one evening and what a surprize to get a phone call back that evening from Jim Gesswein... himself!!! He was pleasant, very business like, and came across as someone I would trust doing business with. Although I am not in a position to acquire the classic I was looking at...I would definitely purchase from Mr. Gesswein in the future.
I contacted Gesswein Motors about a car I saw on Cars.com. I did this on a weekend evening, what a surprize to get a phone call AND an email the next day... (sunday) from Jim Gesswein himself! He was pleasant, very business like, and did exactly what he said he would. I have not bought a car yet, but I do intend to,I will use him, and he is 1200 miles from me!! Nice guy!
