Drove from out of state after having me put down a $1000

Drove from out of state after having me put down a $1000 non-refundable to reserve the vehicle. This made going back home empty handed a difficult prospect. Despite some damage and a missing part that I did not notice in the pictures, they refused to budge even a dollar. I will have to have this repaired at a local collision shop. Not serious, but they could have budged a touch to accommodate that. They will be very legalistic about their pictures, so make sure to ask any questions about what you see before hand. In my case, due to the expense of the trip and the non-refundable reservation, they knew that they had me. Also, there is a surprise $500 dollar or so document storage fee that was not mentioned in the add to my knowledge and which I then had to pay vehicle sales tax on. This fee seemed like an excessive nickel and dime move. They didn't try to sell any sort of warranty or push a particular type of financing. All in all, it was relatively straightforward if a bit stingy.

Wouldn’t buy online

Purchased the 2005 Jag online with assurance that if there were any problems they would pay for repair needed . Upon delivery we took the car out for drive and check engine light came on and it almost stalled. We took it to several garages for diagnostic ( one place was chosen by Done Deals). Buyer Beware

Buyer beware. Purchased a car around 4 months ago. When test driving the car, the salesperson said that the car had an issue with the gear shift, but that it would be fixed prior to me taking home the car. Upon pickup, salesperson assured me that the issue was fixed. After around 2 months owning the car, the gear shift issue started happening again. I have reached out to the salesperson twice, with no response back. I'm now on the hook to fix the car. Severe lack of integrity from this dealership. Look elsewhere if purchasing.

Best Dealership

I had the best experience buying my car with Done Deal! The dealership was very easy to work with, the entire process was very smooth. They have a high quality vehicles and excellent service;no price changing, no hidden fees or costs. Oliver was so nice and helpful, she answered all my questions and I really appreciate that. Due to unexpected circumstances I was put in a situation where I needed to find another vehicle quickly. I’ve always wanted a truck and it wasn’t until July 2021 when that want became a reality. I purchased a 2014 RAM from Done Deal Motors. Nick M. was nothing short of a pleasure to work with. From making a deal to conversing after the deal had been made, Nick M stuck by his word and made it such a smooth process. There were a couple of things about the truck that I had pointed out upon first viewing it that needed to be addressed and Nick made sure everything was taken care of. I absolutely love my truck! I highly recommend Done Deal Motors and 100% recommend anyone who needs a vehicle to speak to Nick M. Buying a vehicle is certainly stressful but if you’re in need of one be sure to speak to Nick! Thank You!

Extremely poor experience. Would not recommend.

.....................................................DO NOT GO HERE..................................................... Terrible service. Manager was rude and disrespectful. Yelling in my face and jumping out of his seat with accusations. Clearly I was being treated differently because of my race and gender. If I could rate it negative stars I would.
