Great experience buying a used 2015 Toyota sienna. Zachary Evaline was a pleasure to work with. We communicated to him and Samantha Greenwood via email... and phone and both were very helpful and professional. We were able get honest info, put a deposit down and drove almost 4 hours from Michigan one way. Fair price, fair trade in for an old vehicle, easy transaction. Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful including manager Wess.

We purchased a used Mitsubishi Mirage for our daughter. The process was the easiest I have ever been through buying a car. We had some issues with insurance... which caused us to have to redo all of the paperwork later in the day. They were willing to help us out with this issue and it was amazing. I definitely will return when in need of my next vehicle!
Patrick and Wes really made our purchase process very easy to deal with. They also helped us to get the best deal without being pushy. when we went for... test driving it was a very cold day and the vehicle was inside pre-warmed waiting for us at the time we arrived, Patrick took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and made it funny to keep the attention of my children. These guys are really professional and an awesome dealership to work with, after I bought my car from them, I found a few issues that they had missed when... it was prepared for me. ( No fault of their own ). They repaired the issues free of charge. If you need a car, these guys are trustworthy and stand by their word.
This was the best experience I've had buying a new car. Dakota Conkle was wonderful and took plenty of time explaining the features on the cars I was interested... in and answering my questions. Everything was straightforward and no high-pressure sales tactics were used which I greatly appreciate. I was always given time to think and to consider my options. In particular, I was looking at two trim levels of the Mirage, and I was not in any way pressured to buy the more expensive one. I ultimately did end up buying the more expensive trim which I probably wouldn't have done if I felt I was being forced into it. I am VERY happy with my purchase, and I would definitely recommend Columbus Mitsubishi North for someone looking to buy a new car.
I was recently shopping for a WV GTI and luckily this awesome dealership had one on their lot. I was going to buy a similar GTI from Jack Maxton, but they... sold the car out from under me. It was a completely different experience when I came to Mitsubishi North. Patrick and his management team are outstanding, especially making sure all my concerns with buying a used car were addressed. Everything ran smoothly, and it was a night and day difference between Jack Maxton and here. If they have the used car you want, they will treat you with an utmost professionalism.

To keep a long story short, I've been coming to this dealership for the past 3 years. I recently switched vehicles with them and leased a brand new car.... After having that vehicle for not even a year and having only 6000 miles on my car all four brakes would make a horrible squeal. We investigated the brakes and noticed chunks were taken out of the brake pads, so there must've been a manufacturer defect. I took my car into Mitsubishi North for this problem, after 4 hours of sitting in the waiting room Mitsubishi Service told me that loud squeal noise was normal, but they took two videos of it and would have to submit those to the District Manager Matt O'Malley to get any approval but in the mean time they couldn't fix my problem and gave me a "Mitsubishi Claims" number to call and file a claim since my problem wouldn't be fixed by them. After calling the claims number the District Manager Matt O'Malley contacted me about my issue and in the end said he isn't going to fix my problem. I asked if he even got those two videos I was waiting for four hours on and he said no. After a week of hassling Mitsubishi and Matt O'Malley to fix my car they all finally agreed on having me drop it off and to take a look at it with the District Manager there. In the end, Matt O'Malley approved only to replace the front brake pads, when it was all four squealing. Now once again I'm having to go through this long drawn out process to get my rear brake pads replaced, because it couldn't be done right the first time and they don't want to pay for it, like they should. Needless to say I will be returning my lease in the end and never coming back to Mitsubishi since that's how they want to run a business. Ive never had such horrible customer service.
