all. Car was everything it said online and more! Took if for test drive and fell in love. They were able to get me lower payments than I was expecting. Couldn't be more happy with this car buying experience! Definetly will refer all my friends and family to RoadRunner Motors when they are shopping for a new vehicle. Thank you RoadRunner

mage to the vehicle, but I was told by the salesman that it would be replaced by a lexus recall. The local lexus dealer said the recall had expired and would not be honored. My salesman told me that Roadrunner motors would make the necessary repairs themselves. I am now waiting for the parts and repairs. will submit recommendation when repair is completed. thanks george smith

We had bought a BMW from this dealer a few years ago. We went back because they had a car my husband liked. From the beginning, we told them it had a
knocking sound when driving and the air didn't work. They front under bumper was missing too. We were told they would fix all of the above. Once they had their downpayment, they offered to help us get the parts at cost. Will not do business with again.
We drove from Nashville to look at a used Jeep for my daughter. We bought the Jeep which ended up needing brakes all around and rotors immediately.
Do NOT buy a TAPP warranty from them! We have had 2 issues with the Jeep - the first one took 2 weeks to get partial payment for the repairs. The second issue took 8 days to tell us it isn't covered. Who has all this time to waste with a broken down car??

hot, it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had from a dealer. First of all, there was no pressure from the salesman, Adam. Any concerns I had about the car, he took care of including getting a wheel alignment before the purchase was finalized. There were no slick salesman tricks and they genuinely appreciate it my business. The finance guy, John was superb. He was very forthcoming and my financing options and made sure I clearly understood my options and his recommendations. This business totally shatters the stereotype of the shady used car dealership.
