    Cecil was fantastic at just being generous, unlike the pushy salesman you expect. He was really laid back, let me test drive a few, worked with me well. And Jessica the finance processor, worked diligently to find the best deal and rate to fit my needs. Everyone was friendly their, it's like it wasn't about closing a deal, it was about fitting me into what I was looking for. I recommend them over any other dealership on s tacoma way! Joshua P.     I read an ad on CL. There was no link to the dealers site or way to know who the dealer was without contacting the internet manager. I did asking for the dealerships website. My simple question was replied to with a question (what's my name). My name was irrelevant . I again just asked for the website and got nothing. Pointless banter then ensued and he eventually said that I was not a person he wanted to do business with...OK If I owned this dealership then the internet manager would get a tune up on customer service and the premise to make a transaction or access to information as direct and easy as possible. No questions need to a direct question. "The easiest sale to make is the one that you don't have too" ...This gentlemen does not have a clue on how to close a sale as he wants to add layers of difficulty to the process...

    I purchased a 2013 chevy sonic and it has had no problems since. I cant believe how I was able to get approved for financing on a car with such low miles. I can thank the finance lady Janet for that. I liked my salesman Craig he was really nice to me and laid back. This is the second car I bought from Craig. I am only going to shop at Curbside.

    I would go back to Curbside Motors in a split second, The sales manager, Prescott works very hard to get you the car or truck you wanted and that's what he's done for me, and I am very happy with the truck, also they are so ppl oriented, very nice and they really care.

    Just bought a 07 escalade esv very nice car people where really nice they actually let u see the car in peace.. car is in great shape we are very pleased with it as well as there pricing. Well worth my 3.5 hr drive one way

    Absolutely the best car salesmen I have encountered. He didn't sell me a car to make money he considered my whole family and what we didn't in a car to accommodate my family. He was very caring and went the extra mile. I would recommend everyone to him.

    From the moment we stepped on to the lot we felt instantly that Jay, Prescott and Janet weren't out to make a deal but to get us into a truck that fit our budget and our family. Originally? we were told the price of $10,989 when my husband called the dealership but the real price was a couple thousand off which we were told when we walked in to the dealership. Even though this mistake was made they still honored the original price. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

    I purchased a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix from Curbside in 2015. After 3 days the check engine light came on. Since then I've had to have $2500 work done and still needs to have the catalytic converter replaced, another $1800. My husband and I decided to go back to them this last February. We don't have the best credit and they had already approved us once before so we figured we'd have a better chance with them. We did, we got approved for a loan with payments we wanted. We insisted that the dealership put new tires on our 2008 Jeep Liberty before we would sign the papers. We negotiated with them to add on $1000 to our loan for the tires. We thought that it was a great deal for 4 all terrain large tires. After two weeks of hassling the dealership about our tires, one of the old tires had threads showing through and we had to use the spare just to drive around, we finally got our appointment for new tires. They took us to a locally owned small tire shop with no office, no waiting room and no customer service. They put on no brand names tires, good tires, brand new. We asked the owner of the shop how much the tires would cost us out of pocket and he told us $385 for all 4 with installation. So, where and what happened to the other $600? I just had to call them, a day before my temporary plate was going to expire, to see if my plates were in. Yes but unfortunately they didn't estimate the licensing fees correctly and I need to pay them another $54 to get my plates. So, basically they're holding my plates hostage. When I confronted them with the tire issue and how it's not my problem that they didn't estimate enough for the licensing fees I was asked which location I dealt with. I started at the other, older location with Max. Well I was then told that I would have to drive down there, about 30 blocks away, to figure it all out and get my plates. Once they get paid, they don't care about you anymore. Do not buy any car from them without having it extensively looked at by a mechanic. This place is "King of the Lemons"!
