    we were searching for a good deal on a new Hyundai Elantra, and after researching all over the state via the internet for the car that met our financial need as well as performance and safety, we found Orlando Hyundai. we saw and TV add that caught our attention and sent an email for further information. we were called back within one hour, and after talking with our sales rep (Susie Clark), it seemed we were on our way to making a deal. i was straight forward with Susie with what we were looking for and could afford, and she was able to meet those requirements and exceed them. the overall experience we had with her and the dealership was awesome, as they were some of the most friendly and courteous staff we've had the pleasure to work with. i have bought several cars in my life and i'd have to say that this experience was the easiest and most relaxing i've ever experienced. Susie was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and went an extra mile to make sure it was prepped and ready when we arrived from out of town. i can't say enough about how great we were treated at Orlando Hyundai, the experience we had, and the overall satisfaction of dealing with them. thanks again for everything and i wish you all the best.

    I love the idea of leasing a car....after all you get a brand new car every 3 years! What I wasn't informed of by Hyundai when I signed my lease is that if I don't stay with them after the lease is up, there is a $400 TURN IN FEE. That surely would have been nice to know!! Also, when we finally settled on a monthly payment, they magically added another $20 to my payments (maintenance package) which they also failed to mention until mid-signing. As far as the service, every oil change basically was a whole day affair. One time it took over 3 hours....FOR AN OIL CHANGE. And I even made an appointment each time. After that ordeal I decided to use their shuttle service. Well, by the time my car was done, my pick-up service was no where to be found. I had to have a friend bring me in. As I was leaving the dealership after the service, THEN the driver finally called. That service took all afternoon to complete. The car itself was great and I had no problems with it (2013 Elantra) but definitely not worth the turn in fee and all the other hassles and sales sketchiness.

    This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure, no "turn overs", no games. My first contact was through the Internet sales manager Norbert, who was very accommodating and prompt in answering my questions. When I arrived at my appointment, Norbert was still with another family, so he introduced me to Daniel, who stayed with me for over 3.5 hours! (I appreciate the fact that they do not abandon you, or turn you over to someone else for the "close") Your sales rep will start with you, and if you end up buying a car, he or she will hand you the keys and watch you drive off the lot. That is what Daniel did for me. Every step was clear, and they worked hard to get me the very best deal. The finance director is super, and extremely well organized. Even though I went in with pre-approved financing, they worked to see if they could find me a better deal. I drove away with an amazing new Sonata Sport that I absolutely love, and I will definitely go back for any future purchases I may need. Thanks to Daniel and the entire staff. They absolutely rock!

    An overall beautiful experience! The process was quick and easy, Suzie Clark answered all my questions and gave me plenty of options! Walter from financing told me everything I needed to know and even gave me some tips on how to raise my credit score and handle insurance. They handled the transfer of my tag and title right there for me, and even returned my rental car for me too!

    The company I work for has been purchasing vehicles from Orlando Hyundai for several years. It is always a very smooth process, with excellent prices. The service department is also second to none. Suzie Clark is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with.

    I bought a car from this dealership back in March. They were absolutely so rude and nasty to my mother and I. I only received one set of car keys. I have called for months and can't get anyone to call me back. I have talked to the parts manager Alex, the guy who sold me my car Giovann, and the sales manager which I can't remember his name. I have left numerous voicemails with my phone number, not one person has contacted me. I can't believe it has been this hard just to get a second key made.

    I specifically told them I only needed a buyers order to take to my bank. But instead they ran my credit. Lied to me about them doing this. They called my bank and told them I was gonna do the deal through them which was another lie. To much more went on after all of this. Don't trust these people..

    The people are really nice, and I've have had a great experience with the service department. My biggest challenge was with the buying process. They could not give me a clear explanation of all their advertised discounts and would not honor all the discounts for me without being difficult. In addition, it took 3 visits to the dealer to have everything taken care of as part of the purchase. So I might buy there again, not sure. But I'd definitely go for service.
