    I appreciate the respect and professional courtesy during my visit. I always recommend your dealership to anyone considering buying a new car! Very impressed throughout.     Really enjoyed my vehicle trading experience from this past weekend. Raysi did a great job securing an excellent trade for us from your old truck to our new diesel truck. Was amazing the amount of time that was spent to secure the deal that worked for us and I appreciate the finance manager, sales manager, and especially Raysi for all that was done. Really enjoyed this btrading vehicle experience. Will definitely return to do business with them again and have already referred a friend to them as well! Great job!

    Raysi Cruz is a person of his word. I was waiting to get the details of getting my old car fixed so I went to the sales floor to look at the cars on the floor just to pass time. So Raysi approached me and got details of why I was at the dealership and said he could get me a good deal on a car. To make a long story short he did just that. He took his time to explain the details of the cars I was interested in so I could make decide which car I wanted. I felt comfortable in the whole car buying process thanks to Raysi. He said he would get me a good deal at a great price and he did just that. Also I would like to point out that the General Managers and the finance representative Mr. Crowder was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Steve Moore Chevrolet.

    Was told by Sales Person that financing was approved all I needed to do was sign paperwork. Wife and I drove a hour to store location. Then told by finance person that had to put money down that we told them we did not have from the start. Could not believe they told us everything was good to go just to be told that. Then sales manager came out to talk to us smiling and joking about the whole situation. Was not very happy. All my wife and I have ever owned are Chevrolets. Because of this business we will probably never own one again.

    I live in Georgia and it was a four and a half hour drive to the dealership in NC. I spoke with Salesperson Randy over the phone prior to driving to the dealership. I found the vehicle I wanted online, and Randy was very professional over the phone, answered all of my questions, and returned phone calls in a very timely manner. Once at the dealership, his professionalism did not waiver, and he walked me through the purchase of my vehicle.
