I had looked online for a specific vehicle and the closet match was in Maryland. Paul was able to locate the vehicle that I wanted in Greenville, NC and I was able to take delivery the next day. Appointments happen on time, staff are professional and knowledgeable and the facilities include complimentary drinks and snacks. Waiting rooms include... TV, books, magazines and several computers with internet access. Plus if you just like to wander around and look at new or used vehicles that's fine too. When they want to contact you they can call your cell or use the PA system. If you are in the waiting room, they will actually come there to talk with you. I have three vehicles; one of which is not a GM product and they provide most services for it as well. I am usually reluctant to recommend businesses to family or friends since expectations are often different but do not hesitate to recommend Chevrolet of Goldsboro. I am confident that the expectations of family or friends will be met.

Josh and the guys in your shop handled the work on my charger better than any shop that's touched my vehicle. I scheduled the repairs for my bumber... thinking I would be without my vehicle for a week and was pleasantly surprised when I got the call for pickup only two days after I originally brought it in. Your staff went the extra mile and washed and vacuumed the inside interior. I can't say the say for the guys across the street, so I will be having Cheverlet of Goldsboro handle any future repairs. The shop across the street really is sub pair in comparison and they don't deserve to be named in this review, but you know who I mean. I apologize for the delayed gratitude and I hope you guys are getting the business you deserve. Keep up the good work and thanks again!
