I cannot say enough nice things about David Eacho and his exceptional customer service. He goes above and beyond to make his customers satisfied when
they leave the dealership with a new car. His service does not end when the paperwork is signed. Every time I go to get maintenance preformed on my car he always goes out of his way to call me by name and see how I am doing and if I am still happy with my purchase. I have never known of a salesperson to be as available as he has been via email, phone and text. He took what could have been a stressful event and turned it into an enjoyable one. When my lease comes up again I will be looking for David.

This is the second car I bought here, and probably my last, solely because your service sucks. Until the last couple of years, I was very happy with i
t, but I don't like waiting four days for an appointment just to diagnose what is the problem. About a year ago, I crept in with no brakes, and was told it would be four days before anyone could look at it. I went elsewhere and was on their rack within 30 minutes, they found the hole in my brake line, replaced it, and I was back on the road in less than three hours. I recently came in with noises, and was told the same four days before someone could look at it story. I was offered an appointment which I reluctantly accepted. I was on time for my 10AM appointment, but no one was ready to look at my car. Two hours later someone started on it. (So what was the point of making an appointment?) I wanted to be there to talk with the technician to help him pinpoint the noise, but I couldn't wait around that long. I was finally told the rack and pinion need replacing, but I wonder. It makes the noise even if I'm driving straight, not turning the wheel. We'll see. For many years, your service was good, and you took good care of me, but now -- not so much.
