Jonathan, the service rep, was excellent and a pleasure to work with.
The “service advisors” for this place are a bunch of men. They treat women as though they have no sense, and every time I go there they try to upsell me... into getting something extra done to my vehicle that I don’t have time for. So the last time I went, I actually tried to get one of them to talk to me to tell me IN ADVANCE what they recommended for my vehicle at that point, so that I’d have some time to research and decide what I needed. You’d think I had asked to have dinner with the president of their company. I kept getting routed to an appointment scheduler, who didn’t have a clue what I needed to have done, but she really wanted me to tell her what I wanted to schedule and what day and time would be best for me so she could get me off the phone as fast as possible. Finally she agreed to ask a service advisor to call me back... My return call ... was from an appointment scheduler, but a different one from the day before. Who proceeded to tell me that the service guys could “just hook the car up to the diagnostic computer” and IT would tell them what I needed to have done. Funny thing is, I’ve been asking them to do this for me for YEARS. But, again, the MEN would look at me like I was stupid and basically talked to me as though I am stupid, because they kept telling me that was sci-fi and no such thing existed. I will note, also, that I believe that the service department actually BROKE one of my tire sensors, since I’d not had a single problem with them until the last time they rotated my tires, at which point one of them began malfunctioning, to the point that I was pulled over once in a POURING rain, and once in DEATHLY HEAT, trying to check the tire that the pressure monitor was telling me was completely flat. They told me that they had forgotten to ‘reset’ it after the rotation. But even after they ‘reset’ it, it was geared to the wrong tire, so that when the monitor showed me that the right front tire was slack, it was actually the left front. And THEN they told me that the sensor was ‘going bad’ and I needed to pay another $200 to replace it. But they “couldn’t tell” which sensor it was, so I probably just needed to have all 4 replaced to the tune of $800. Long story short - I did buy my car from this dealer 8 years ago, but this place has convinced me to NEVER buy another GMC vehicle, and I will NEVER go back. I now actively warn people away from this dealership and I will NEVER stop trying to warn people.

Any work to be done on my vehicle, service or body shop, I ONLY go to Sitton. I also plan to purchase my next vehicle from Sitton. They have been awesome... - knowledge, experience, quality of work, communication etc.
I have bought a number of cars on the internet and purchased a Harley from a dealership in MT last year, so online shopping for cars is not new. I DESPISE... the typical dealership experience and refuse to talk to a sales person until I have some information. I recently inquired about a Tahoe that Sitton had listed and once I received the email from the sales manager saying someone would be with me soon, the email from the sales person followed. I included five questions in that email...none of which have been answered a week later. All I received was...please call me to discuss. If you won't respond to basic questions in writing, why should I waste my time talking to a sales person, much less driving two hours to look at a Tahoe. Clearly, they don't want to put anything in writing and want to try to engage you in meaningless conversation. This is the worst service I've ever received from a car dealership in thirty years.
I would recommend this dealership to anyone . My sales consultant Smokin Joe Cothran was the best consultant I have ever purchased a car from he worked... with with an answered any questions I had . I refer anyone I know to ask for Smokin Joe If you are looking to purchase a vechicle he's great to work with.
Terrible experience, they are not interested in selling cars but to a select few individuals. I would not advise anyone to visit this dealership.
Good experience. Salesmen answer my questions without applying pressure. This makes the experience better.
I have always had a great experience at Sitton GMC, both sales and service.
I called Sitton Buick in Greenville, SC at 8 am on Monday, December 21, 2015 and asked the service department if I could possibly take my 2015 Buick Enclave... in to get an Oil Change and Tire Rotation done as a walk-in appointment. I live an hour away in Greenwod, SC and I explained that I had a four state trip to take to visit my four children and their combined 8 children, my precious grandchildren, within the next two weeks and wanted to be sure I could make my trip safely! They were very obliging and I went in at 10 am and even though they said it would possibly be a 2 hour wait, they were done in little over an hour and I was on my way for the first leg of my journey to Franklin/Nashville, TN, then to Wilson, NC, back to Greenville, home for one night and finally to Atlanta, arriving home New Years Eve with no problems what so ever with my car. I am indeed grateful for the always helpful and personable service team at Sitton Buick. This is the third Enclave I have bought or leased from them and Nina Cannon, my wonderful sales agent, could not have been more accommodating in helping me as well as the people in the leasing department. I would highly recommend Sitton Buick to anyone and will only buy/lease form them in the future!
Always a great experience! I recommend them to all of my friends and family!
