STAY AWAY

Brought my leased 2018 Colorado in for service. It needed a new fuel pump. After three days (they had to order the fuel pump)I took it home and the next morning noticed some fairly significant damage on the passenger side window post. This is exactly where they were working to replace the fuel pump. I took it back immediately and wouldn’t you guess they denied everything. One guy even said he saw the damage when I came in which is an outright lie. I know I really have no recourse except to warn everyone to stay away from these xxxxxxxx.

The service department charged me $150 for a diagnostic...

The service department charged me $150 for a diagnostic fee on my 2007 Isuzu pickup with 49000 miles which is the same as a Colorado with a original complaint on a engine warning light. After about a half hour they told me that I needed a timing chain job with a estimate of $2900 plus tax. It didn’t have the symptoms of a timing chain and told them that but said it needed it anyway. After leaving the dealership and disappointed with their service not thinking it was the timing chain I took the truck to Vendetti Motors and talked with one of their mechanics and found it needed the GM synthetic mixture from the factory instead of the Mobil One I put in. The light has been out for almost two week! It wasn’t the timing chain after all! They won’t return my diagnosis fee either the service adviser or the general manager. They said they have to pay their mechanics right or wrong. He said someday it will need one ! I paid $59 for a tire rotation and oil change! Big Difference! I will never go back for service or sales! They used to be good when it was Cerrones before the buyout but not now! I will never go back! They were wrong to keep the diagnostic fee! They won’t return my money and was rude and didn’t care if they were wrong. They tried to scam me on a timing chain instead of telling me it was a possibility of just a oil change. Never go there!

purchased a new Buick Enclave, had been primarily interested in purchasing a used late model SUV, Bruce Corwin the sales representative , was able to present workable payments that allowed us to purchase a new 2020 model

Brought in vehicle for repair bulletin. Charged for...

Brought in vehicle for repair bulletin. Charged for diagnosis. We were told because other codes were detected we would have to pay fir the diagnosis. AVOID!!!!!

Brought our vehicle in for a repair bulletin from GM. They did the work and corrected the bulletin issue . We were then given a list of other codes and the price of over $1000.. We informed the service consultant the we will have our mechanic do the repairs. We were then given a bill for $115 fir diagnosis. We were told it would be free. When we asked why we were being charged were were told by Adam the service consultant it was because mire codes were detected. We believe it's because we didn't have them di the work. AVOID!!!!!!

Poor business practices

Had a $70 part installed in car. The final bill was $425.00. This part can be replaced in 30 minutes. Charging a customer for labor time that was not performed is like stealing money from them. The 3 hour labor charge is not justified. Very questionable business practices.

Horrible horrible service

Dropped off my car at 8am for oil change and brake inspection. I called at 12:30 it still hadn’t been looked at. I was told it would be in within the hour. I called back at 4:30 it was in the shop! When I inquired to the oil being changed yet, I was told “I don’t know“. Obviously it’s now 430 and you close at six. I’m wondering if somethings wrong with my brakes how they going to be fixed by 6 o’clock. Come to find out I did need front brakes and rotors. But I was told I had to pay $600 upfront. Let me give you some advice when you have an upset customer don’t compound the problem by telling them they need to pay $600 upfront for a part that’s only approximately $300. Why am I paying for labor upfront? You’re a dealership! That makes no sense. Especially after you hijacked my car for the entire day. I guess $300 is worth losing a customer. Never got an apology or anything else. I sold cars and was a manager for over a decade!! I picked up my car at ten of six. So it took 10 hours to Change my oil and check my brakes. Which basically is 10 hours to service the car, because if I check I believe if you get your car serviced you do check the brakes. So again I ask why am I dropping it off at 8 AM. I actually dropped off a little early. It was like 7:10 AM. But my appointment was at eight. So I brought the car someplace else. Change my oil and check my brakes. if you buy there. don't expect much from there Service department. they could careless about serving your car or giving help information so you can at less go somewhere else. Service manager John is useless too.

Absolutely wonderful experience!
