Experience is good till the purchase is made, then you are on your own. Dealership says it inspects its used cars. How could they miss the air conditioning not working? Then there is an employee who advertises the dealership's cars on his facebook page at a lower price. When you ask about this, you are ignored. then this 699 paint protection scam is the worst. Water never beaded on this car's paint till I waxed it myself.

Whew! Look out for service fees!
Everything is great except: The cost for repairs is highly overpriced and they even charge diagnostic fees for their own product which seems like very bad business ethic and greatly lacks customer care in creating value. The people are warm, freindly and very professional, just doing their jobs and doing them well. Their fees are my complaint.
