This was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership and I have to say I had an amazing experience! My sales consultant was Chaz McCord, he was very... honest and polite and extremely helpful with this whole process I drove off in the 2017 Chevy equinox the next day after coming by to look at it!!! This dealership will blow your mind. Please ask for Lenny. Is the most gentle sweet man I’ve ever met. He isn’t a car sells men at all!! He gives you the... facts of the car and finds what you like. I’ve worked really hard to get my credit over a 700. The sell men and finance guy was incredible. They worked with me and helped me get into affordable car with bumper to bumper warranty for 6 years. The owner of the dealership was there and he was kind and thanked us for shopping at his dealership. I will refer and only shop at this dealership now on.

George Nahas Chevrolet has had my daughters 2014 Chevy Cruz in their service department for 9 straight weeks! I have never experienced such poor customer... service in my life. It took 5 weeks for them to come to the conclusion that the car needed a new engine. Now for the past 4 weeks we have been waiting for the engine parts to come in. Apparently, the parts are on backorder??? When I asked when did they expect to receive the parts they said, we have no idea. When I asked at what point do you go to plan B, they stated there was no plan B. The only option was for us to keep waiting. I then asked, How long do you expect us to be without a car? They have offered no courtesy car, no rental car, no rental compensation. NOTHING!!! They said there was nothing they could do. How a car dealership cannot get parts or cannot come up with another option is beyond me....I guess George Nahas could care less that a family is without a car for 9 weeks and no idea of when we will get it back. This whole experience has been a cause of much distress and turmoil within our family, and it is still not over......

I purchased a 2018 Traverse in June of 2018 it only has 7,000 miles and it has been in the shop 3 times for a transmission issue. My final visit I was... informed that GM told the dealership there was no fix for my problem at this time. So I am now force to have to file a Lemon Law complaint.

While shopping for new SUV the sales manager went to appraise my trade It's 10yrs old 115600 miles. Forgot to tell him about rear window has pin in it.... He some how broke the pin and window slide into door. His reply was it was my fault and that I was trying to hide it from him. When I asked for it to be as it was when I came on the lot he basically said that it wasn't his problem. He didn't offer to lift the window or even tape a plastic bag over the opening. When I said that answered any question about doing business with his company he warned me "not to threaten him and it would take more than someone like me to hurt him. He has a 5 star rating." Later at home saw the car he was trying to sell me on his website for $2000 less. He's right loosing my one sale won't hurt him but just saying to others, buyers beware
Sorry this happen if You would have told Us the rear window was broke We would have not rolled it down. You ask Us to do an appraisal on your car and... part of this process is to check options on the car to make sure they work. The 2000.00 less price on line includes incentives that You dont qualify for if You would read the break down on our web site you would see what each incentive is.
