Problems with repairs of my 2003 Corvette

I brought my 2003 Corvette in for repairs and they never fixed it but charged me over $1400 for repairs. My car is still broken despite their master mechanic working on it! They padded my bill with an additional $1000 to change an oil pan gasket that was only wet. This could have waited. I was never informed of how serious this problem was. My garage floor was dry and had no signs of an oil leak. Quirk had my car for a total of SIX weeks. My trophy car sustained three chips in the right door which they repaired, this was unnecessary damage. It took over 10 months to get these issues looked at and they are still not resolved to my satisfaction. Quirk gave me $600 as an apology check. I will never buy a Chevrolet again and certainly not from Quirk's!

Buying a new car :)

Our experience at the dealership in Bangor was excellent. We got wonderful service! Jim showed us several vehicles and listened to what we wanted in the vehicle. He found just what we wanted and then worked with us to get the best deal. He was helpful in so many ways and assured us of the great service we can expect while owning the new Equinox too. We will definitely find him to buy our next car!

Great service experience

I recently took my Silverado in for it's first oil change. They were very busy and the service writer had the work done by the quick oil change area of the department. I was in and out in 20 minutes and had the tires rotated as well. Great experience!

Great service experience

The service is always very friendly and accommodating, and this service experience was no different. I went for an oil change and they were quick, friendly and appreciative of our business. I plan to continue to take my vehicles there when I need work done in the future.

New truck issues with radio

Quirk is the best dealership I ever dealt with. I stopped in with no appointment and explained the problem with my truck. I expected to be given an appointment to come back but the manager took it right in and had the problem taken care of right then!
