GM said he would send credit application to ONE bank to make sure the preapproval letter we had was “honest” when process was complete he had sent it to... SEVEN! Very dishonest!

Todd in service is GREAT and always helpful. He takes the time to talk to you about what your car REALLY needs and never tries selling you something it... doesn't. That's rare at dealerships. He's also always smiling and joking and is the main reason I bring my car back there for service. The ONLY "negative" I have is on the editing room. Lots of times the coffee is gone and never is there popcorn.
