My husband and I had been looking to buy a Hyundai Tucson for about a year but finances got in the way. At the very beginning we worked with sales associate... Tevin, he waited for us patiently. Answered all my questions during the buying process. Tevin truly cares about his customers.
My 2 service visits of 2019. 1) Only requested oil change and new wiper blades all around. As I was paying the service advisor came out saying the technician... forgot to put the rear wiper on. 2) Major service visit. Technician noted I had good tread on my tires. In reality the tread markers were visible and I was in the process of buying new tires. When I brought this to the service advisor's attention they offered to pay for one of my new tires. I stated I did not want them to pay for a tire...all I wanted was competent and honest service. 3) Now 2020, I called and left a message with my service advisor that I wanted to schedule service. I did not get a call back after waiting 3 days...I called again. This time he said he was driving but would call me as soon as he reached the dealership. Must have been a long commute because after waiting 6 hours I called the service manager and had to leave a message with him. I have never heard from him at all. I called the sales manager yesterday to let him know of these things and I was told he would have the service department call me. Guess what....27 hours later and I have not heard a word. I guess the days of wanting to keep service customers have gone by the wayside. I will never purchase a car or have service done at this dealership.
Called to get a price, was told they would honor online price. Sent over to sales manager, he told me I had to come in. I explained I needed something... in writing. He said they don't do anything in writing. I explained I saw the price on their website. He told me I should come in or call another dealership. Hyundai should know this.
My old car was rear ends totaled and I had to get a new one quickly. I went to test drive several cars at several dealerships. They took their time, explained... features and worked with my budget. I truly appreciated them.
Tevin's number one priority was our satisfaction, not only with the car, but with the entire buying process. Recently visited to purchased a used vehicle at a price point that I saw online and when I got there I test drove the car and loved the vehicle and we... came up a financial plan for me to get the vehicle the following day, I come back the next day and all of a sudden the price jumps $3,000 in “fees” that were never disclosed initially and was given no real justification as into what these fees entailed just a bunch of excuses on why the initial posted price was an error. None the less I walked away from which I thought was an original good deal. These people are literally con artist I’ve been purchasing cars for years and never heard of fees such as $995 for MD state inspection and a $1295 “refinishing fee” it was unreal and last time I checked you can’t sell a vehicle without a state inspection and at any reputable mechanic a state inspection is only $79.99 .... I could have spent that valuable time researching another vehicle with a dealership willing to honor there prices !!!!!
THIS DEALERSHIP EMPLOYS A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND INCOMPETENT MECHANICS. I took my car there with a problem that was under warranty (and they had to replace... the whole engine because of the problem!). Everything seemed fine at drop off, they gave a loaner car and 2 1/2 weeks later it was done. This is when the problem started. First, the car would not start. It was determined (by them) that the battery was bad. I had driven my car there and not had ANY problems with the battery before, but NOW, it is dead and "gone bad" and needed replaced. They said they were not going to replace it, but would kindly sell me a new one--wow. If something were working when it came into the shop, and then not working when it left, I would certainly say that they needed to take care of it! They refused. But this was just the beginning. After getting it home (after they kindly jump started it for me-pfft!) and buying a new battery at the auto parts store, then I discovered the horn no longer works!! REALLY?!?! Moreover, the ambient temperature gauge does not work either. Now, I realize that when you replace an entire engine, sure, maybe they forgot to re-hook up some things ok--but when my son (who primarily drives the car) called to point these out, he was ignored. You would think they would just suck it up and say "Oopsie, bring it in and we'll take care of it" Nope! They refused!! This is not even to mention that they put a deep scrape in the tint, which was only installed months earlier AND when I took the car in it was had FULL gas, but it was returned empty! Really, people?! Oh and they stole money out of the car that had been a savings jar of my teenager who had been pinching pennies for years. Now yes, it was his bad (the teenager) to have left the jar (unbeknownst to me) in the car that was going to be out of my possession for over 2 weeks, so that sucks--but really--you just HOPE that people are honest enough that they won't STEAL MONEY from you!! This is the car that my son drives, so called to try to resolve the issues, and was told basically "too bad." Now, EVERY time I call, the service agent won't answer. Oh, and when I picked it up, there was no one at the cashier's desk. I had to go ask the "receptionist" (or whatever title she has) who was reading, and annoyed to be bothered. She said it was her who was doing that, so she huffed back there to check my car out. She was so freaking rude, and I couldn't believe my eyes that this dealership would have such an unpleasant person as their customer-facing agent! THIS DEALERSHIP EMPLOYS A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND INCOMPETENT MECHANICS. Heck, who knows, maybe they even took my good battery and were trying to pass off a bad one to me instead. I will never return here and will post this review on every single medium I can find. What a bunch of BS!

Meghan made purchasing my first (brand new car!) such a smooth and easy process for me during a stressful time. I had been in an accident where my previous car had been totaled and Meghan was extremely helpful and made this a stress free process for me. I have always received great service from Antwerpen Hyundai of Clarksville. Patrick Landon is the best!! My car repair went smoothly, and he explained... the time required to complete the job, and he was very friendly and helpful during the process.
I recently went to this location last sat to get the new tires i pre ordered to be installed to my new wheels I just recently purchase made an appointment... at 1pm but did not get out of there until 4pm. That's not even the bad part yet the front office service stuff was friendly,accommodating and apologize for the wait which is fine. so when everything was said and done i was told my car is ready and waiting outside. when i get outside who ever was working and installed the tires. installed in on the wrong wheels and just pilled the old good tires on top of the brand new white wheels. not sure how they missed it. it was clearly instructed to make sure new tires is for new wheels. there where clearly brand new set of white wheels seating in the back seat and the trunk clear as day. so they basically rip out the old good tires out of the old wheels which i was going to used as back up and replaced it with brand new tires meant for the brand new wheels which again sitting on the back seat. i was told that the person installing the wheels made a mistake which is cool we make mistake but. instead of correcting the mistake they person just stuck the old good tires on top of the new wheels and just left it out there like it was OK and the customer will just have to live with it. Its either laziness or who ever installed the tires just didn't care to correct the mistake. the sad thing i like this location been a loyal customer for 2 years and i purchase my car there. sales people are not greatest but the service department has always been good front office service staff always been great except for this time. front service office staff did offer resolution but i think from now on other than oil changes i will not be going to this location to buy a new car or recommend this place to anyone.
