This is going to be long. In September my Enclave started acting up on me. I took it into the service department and waited while they hooked it up to... the computer. Katina came back after a while and told me that it was the computer. She showed me that the computer was going to cost $835 and the labor would be $125. She informed me that they would take off the $125 that I was paying for the diagnostic if I did get the work done. I declined, as I did not have a thousand dollars. I had actually just put a $250 deposit on tires as I was in desperate need of new tires. As I was leaving, a technician let me know that my tires were bald. He told me, "It's a good thing you found this out before you bought new tires!" Why? I still needed my car! I needed tires and apparently I needed a computer too. So, my Buick sat for seven months, because life happens, and I just couldn't come up with the money. I had to rent cars to pick my daughter up from college in Pennsylvania and take her back several times. I also missed every one of her performances with the marching band because I didn't have a vehicle to get there. I made seven car payments for a vehicle I couldn't drive. Then one day, someone told me that I could buy the part on ebay! I had no idea. I was told that the part was only available through the dealership. So I went to Ebay and I bought an ECM. I called Ultimate and asked if they would put it on. They said yes. I asked how much. They told me $125. I got my Enclave to them and left it with Matt. He also told me that it would be $125 and that it would be done by the time I got off work. When I got off work, I went straight there, only to find out that I had bought the wrong part and they couldn't do anything for me. Katina told me that on the paperwork, Matt said that he had called me. He had not. When she saw that he had not charged me, she said, "He should have charged you!" So, I asked what the part number was, so I could order the right part. She sent me to the parts department. The gentleman there gave me the part number and wrote $405 next to it and told me they had one in stock. I asked if it was used, and he said it was new. I asked why I was told it was over $800 back in September. He couldn't give me an answer. I went home and found the part on Amazon, brand new for $151. I ordered it and I received it this past Friday, April 26. I brought it straight to the dealership. Matt told me that it would be done on Monday. On Monday, I got a call from Katina, letting me know that my car was ready. I picked it up after work and took it straight to the place that had held my tires for seven months, ten minutes away. When I left the tire shop, my check engine light came on. Ugh! Yesterday, I took it to Advance Auto and had them read the codes. One was po315 which meant my crank shaft position system wasn't learned. The other was po420 which had something to do with the catalytic converter. Today I went back to Ultimate, They read the codes and Katina came back and told me once again that it was going to be well over a thousand dollars to fix it. I told her that I had looked up the codes and the one is obviously because it wasn't set properly when they flashed the new ECM. She told me that this stuff was wrong with my car before I ever brought it in in September. My computer just wasn't reading it. She had the technician tell me the same thing. I left. I went straight to my mechanic. He spent two hours trying to figure out what they did to my car. He finally found the bolt that they left loose on my fuse box. He tightened it up and the codes were gone. He told me that with that bolt loose, it would have made the wires jiggle and my computer would have broken again. I am leaving in two days to go pick my daughter up from college. What would have happened if this happened on the way to Pennsylvania? I'm not normally one to write bad reviews for businesses and often times I will make an effort to write a positive review to support the business based... on their customer service. My story with this dealership started when I came with my wife over a weekend to take a look at an Excursion being sold. This was on Christmas Eve and we told the salesman that we would be back the first week in January and were interested in buying the truck if it was still available. When the dealer opened on Wednesday after new years, I talked to the Sales Manager Jerry and we tried to work out a deal with our trade. I even took photos of my truck and sent him the VIN and photos since he offered to give me an estimate trade in value based on that, it seemed like he wanted our business really bad. it took him almost 24 hours to get back to me with an value (after he probably try to see what he would get for it at the auction) which I was ok with but I gave him the courtesy and I'm sure they were hoping to score some extra money by listing my truck at the auction even though we haven't even traded it yet. Anyway, he calls back, tells me the trade in that he will give for my truck and we agree on a price on the Excursion that would satisfy both our needs. This was on a Monday night, Tuesday they were closed for New Years. The following Wednesday, I get a text from one of his sales associates asking me if I'm still interested in the truck of they would take it to the auction (why on earth if you have an interested customer???). I work in a hospital around lead walls in radiology with patients so I didn't get their text until 6pm (they texted me around 3pm). At 7 - 7:30pm I called the dealership and tell a sales associate that I am absolutely interested but that I still have to drive the truck and will be in tomorrow after work to which he says sounds great and we will see you tomorrow. The following day, I call them in the morning to let them me what time I will be there and they informed me that the truck sold at an auction yesterday. They have held on to this truck and had in interested customer and I had everything arranged with them to buy it as long as the test drive didn't reveal anything bad. I gave them the courtesy of 24 hours to work out the trade in but they couldn't give me the courtesy of more than 3 hours to get back to them to let them know I want the truck. In my opinion, it's poor taste and poor customer services, I am sure that there's a story to all this and that someone would like to talk to me to assure that they have nothing but the best intentions but at least you could have called me and let me know that you sold the truck. It probably means nothing to them but I certainly would never again consider them for purchasing a car even if they were the only ones to have what I want.

Put unnecessary parts on my vehicle and charge for the parts and labor. The mechanic and advisor talk to you like you are stupid and don't know anything... about replacing parts and the problem still not solved. Will never return my vehicle or purchase from this dealership. I thought about purchasing a GMC Truck, but will go elsewhere. Don't like to be treated like i don't know squat about a part installed that did not solve my problem and was not the issue.

Unfortunately it took several attempts to buy a vehicle from this location. The first time, the sales associate was creepy so we left. The second time... we were able to purchase the vehicle. They didn't have a desk for us to sit at so we kept being moved and felt very uncomfortable. We bought the car with the promise that they would install navigation. We have taken it in three times and it still hasn't been installed. Communication has been the biggest issue. They don't call back and they will continuously transfer to other departments. I will never buy another vehicle from here again.

This is the best dealer I have ever been too! I always stress out so much while shopping for cars. I am in sales, so I know how things work. This makes... it even harder for me to be in a high pressure sales environment. My husband and I went to Buick expecting to be stressed out. But let me say, our experience was AMAZING!!!! They were able to do things other dealers couldn't do, as far as a trade in is concerned. Got me into the car I wanted. Broke down all the numbers for us, and showed us the break down. Explained it all in detail. Needless to say, I drove away in an amazing vehicle, at an excellent price. And within a week my husband went back and got himself a vehicle as well! Jerry is the GM there and let me tell you, I will recommend him to anyone I run into looking for a car! We also did business with Layla and John! What amazing people. What an amazing experience! I will never ever purchase anywhere else!
