This dealership is phenomenal! The level of customer service is off the charts. I spent several weeks trying to decide on a vehicle that would best suit... our needs. My husband is a Disabled Veteran so many things had to be considered. Patience and understanding with everyone I spoke to. I would definitely refer this Dealership!

The dealership was clean, staff was friendly and took their time with me, I made a special request and the owner granted my request.
This is the forth time I bought from Opequon Motors, the sales was fast and great, the Salemen were friendly and very helpful. They gave me a very reasonable... trade-in value for my vehicle. Would I buy from them again? No question about it.
I am very disappointed with the parts department's handling in the making of spare keys for my GM vehicle. They failed to contact me when the blank key... (paid for up front) arrived. I was curtly told "they had the VIN, etc." Upon calling to inquire about the whereabouts of the key, the parts counter person said "they couldn't hear me" then laughed. I told the person I didn't live near by and it was a problem. Upon my arrival at the dealership, the parts person had an attitude, was not helpful and, demonstrated poor customer service in fromt of the general manager - why? I had the vehicle's original keys and the blanks could have been cut without the hassle, my unnecessary return to the dealership and so forth. The most disappointing aspect for me was, the lack of customer service. The quickest way to lose your customers is to demonstrate a bad attitude - nobody needs it. Needs addressed, and an apology.
We went just to look at cars and ended up buying a car before we left. The manager was very gracious and helpful, everyone we dealt with could not have... been more polite and helpful. Will always recommend Opequon MARTINSBURG to purchase a car.

Was a very welcoming dealership. I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY TRUCK!! I got a great deal on a 2014 Sierra, all the prices were below everyone elses and they were so eager to help. The new dealership... is gorgeous and the signing papers process was faster than I have every experienced. WE loved everything.
Excellent help and customer service! We were looking for an SUV and found the perfect one. Many to choose from, both used and new. The process was fairly... quick, I just hate buying cars period. This was not too bad!! We love our new Acadia!
I brought my 2010 Cobalt in to this shop for a fuel system cleaning per owner's manual and milage. This included-fuel inj. ,fuel induction and throttle... body cleaning. Charged me$239.95. My next oil change, they told me my throttle body needed cleaned. I told them, that's odd because I just had it cleaned 3 month's ago. She ''checked'' my record's and told me that they just cleaned the injector's.I told her that's odd because I was charged for the throttle body being cleaned also.In this 3 month period, my check engine light came on. Brought my car in and they said my under hood fuse block was bad. cost me $556.00. Tonight the check engine light came on and Auto Zone showed the same code's as it did the last time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
