    Had to give one star because Google doesn’t allow zero stars. I have never had a worse experience in my life. Was in the final stages of a lease deal on... a 2019 Acadia before the manager called me to squashed the deal. We had done all the negotiations, I received an email from the salesperson with the financial details of the deal listed in writing. I gave my credit card number to the salesperson to put down a $200 deposit on the truck and came in to test drive it the next day. The next day, I spoke with the salesperson and gave all of my financials to get the credit app processed. Two hours later, I received a phone call from the manager indicating that the deal couldn’t be honored because the “computer was down two days ago when the quote was generated and the interest payment wasn’t factored into the quote”. Was then told that the salesperson didn’t run the numbers by any managers and that they didn’t have to honor the deal because an emailed quote isn’t a written deal. Was also told that despite taking my credit card information, the deposit was actually charged. Was not offered any alternatives or solutions and was told the actual lease price would be at least $100 more. Logged a formal complaint with GM Corporate because this is not how you conduct business. No wonder no one trusts anyone anymore. How could you after encountering this type of dishonest bait and switch business practice. Not to mention, I would LOVE to know what North Bay did with all of the personal information I gave them. Went to see them in person today and no resolution. Just the same song and dance about how they couldn’t honor the deal. Sales manager was yelling at my husband on the floor. Completely unacceptable.

    I had a problem with my leased car and the service I got from Marino was excellent. They took care of the problem. Also the sales person Rochelle was the... best. She really knew how to help me and guide me in the right vehicle. Thank you north bay.

    I purchased A 2018 Cadillac XT 5, From North Bay Cadillac, and I must say, I could not be more pleased! Joey my salesman was extremely knowledgeable about... the XT 5, and explained to me in detail, about the three different models in this series. He and his mgr Michelle made the purchase process, very easy, with a no sales pressure presentation, I highly recommend North Bay Cadillac, and Joey as a wonderful salesman¿ to deal with!!

    Last year we purchased my 2016 Acadia, told the dealer we would be returning next year to purchased another truck. Well its that year and we didn't even... think to look at another car dealer. Went straight to North Bay and met with Petar. He was, funny and easy going. Showed us what we were looking for and fell in love with the Chevy Tahoe 2015 Black LTZ. Petar made sure to communicate, contact and keep us in the loop with everything, rates to financing. We will always recommend family and friends to shop North Bay and Service Center. North Bay and its employees, from finance department to sales, everyone is treated with a level of professionalism that goes beyond the standard of customer service. J & I thank you for making this sale a smooth transaction. Chris Werner for being a great manager and all the guys who had to work after hours to get everything together. Sorry for keeping you back!     I made an appointment with Petar to purchase a used 2014 Yukon with 21,000 miles. I showed up and he wasn't even there....had my bank check in hand. ... The Yukon wasn't there either so I had to wait for another salesperson to go pick it up at the car wash. I worked with Petar for over a week lining up the sale and I drove from Massachusetts. The Yukon had worn out front tires, major scratches in front bumper, the brake pedal was worn on right side and the interior wood accents were all scratched. I did not buy the Yukon and I advise anyone looking for a new or used auto to NOT use Northbay. Terrible experience and to top it off I never heard from Petar to apologize. I have tried to reach the general manager, but his phone line just rings....and rings.
