Bought a 2018 Silverado WT with only 5000 miles. It is very rare to find a long bed late model Silverado WT with such low mileage still under factory warranty... but Sunrise had it. It was very challenging getting an out of state title and registration and finally got it late but the Sunrise team got it done. My salesman Steve even delivered the Silverado to my home in and picked up my trade in NJ. I would definitely strongly consider Sunrise for another vehicle purchase as they have a great selection of used Chevrolets.
Took my car for appointment, was greeted, by service rep who took my info. Was called within a few hours to advise me, of problems, that needed to be addressed....
The quality of customer care is excellent!! They have a great selection! The staff is very welcoming! They are very accommodating! The process was easy,... no pressure!!
I do not enjoy shopping for cars or being at car dealerships. However, I had a very positive experience at Sunrise. All the staff were friendly and I enjoyed... chatting with them as I waited. William, the salesman who helped me, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He did not try to pressure me into buying something I did not want and worked with me in the price. In the end I left with exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Sunrise and be sure to ask for William!

avoid this service department at all costs. check coupons on the website before you get ANY service work done and ask questions about different cost tiers.... its so gross that there are businesses that will try to trick you! be your own advocate! i went in to have my car serviced october 2020 and was quoted $2400 worth of work! i thought i had a good rapport with tony the service manager and asked him genuinely what he would suggest to his own daughters. he mentioned NOTHING of and changes or tiered pricing for parts and i was dumb enough to trust his advice. luckily, my family is in the car business in texas - i knew to check coupons on the website after the quote and confirm the work with a multipoint inspection and go from there. i called tony back and brought up the coupons and he lies to me directly and says labor isnt included when it clearly states that it is on the coupon and he wouldnt honor it. i did my research and came back with coupons in hand from their own website. tony the manager started an argument with me when he realized i was upset and didnt want to continue working with him and called me a liar, saying that the prices he quoted me were the "highest tier" and that he said there were lower costs for parts at the midlevel or lowest tier. lie. i would have gotten the work done if that had been the case. only when he realized that my family is in the business did he start to walk back what he said. ended up paying $1200 for all of the work. BIG BIG DIFFERENCE vs the $2400 that was quoted. Ended up working with Mike who is the department head. he is very nice but its extremely difficult to get him on the phone to confirm work and/or pick up time. the service center closed and i was left without a car for a night because my call was never returned. Samantha who works as the operator is rude and unprofessional. I basically begged her to please let me speak to someone in the service dept to see when i could get my car and she flat out told me there was only ONE person in the entire building that could help me. ridiculous. mike called to follow up on my complaints as i voiced how i felt about (almost) being swindled out of $1200 and asked me to remove the review i posted. this is after no apology from tony, no discount or break on the cost of the work that had done (after i had been lied to and insulted by the previous service manager,) and a request that the GM call me to discuss the matter. GM hasnt called and i dont expect he will. the service department will play dumb and act like they are unaware of the national coupons that are on their own website. isnt that THEIR responsibility? to know what they are selling/servicing? obviously he and other dept heads are okay with lying to clients and accusing them of lying. stay away. untrustworthy group at sunrise chevy.
I had bought a Chevy Malibu on 10/13/20 with no problem thanks to Darryl. His customer service is on point so if I have any issues I will go to him. I... appreciate sunrise Chevrolet for help me get my new car.
