    Very friendly staff easy to work with and makes sure you get what you want in a vehicle. Went above and beyond our expectations. We have purchased quite a few cars over the years and this by far was our easiest buying experience. Also our salesman Mark was quite friendly and willing to do whatever it took to satisfy us. I would very highly recommend them to anyone. This is where I will make all future auto purchases. Worth the drive from Ocala.

    Great dealership!! I found the used Cadillac on Cars.com and went there to purchase and the process was so fast and our salesman was fantastic. I will look there when we get ready to purchase a car next time.

    A month after buying a used car from these guys and the check engine light comes on. $350 to fix but they wouldn't meet me half way on the repair....

    I spotted a car for sale at cars.com and contacted the dealer. Angie, Internet Sales Representative for Phillips Buick GMC, responded very quickly with all of the information I needed; plus more to make my buying decision easier. Over the next couple of days we corresponded and since I'm far from the dealership, she said she'd have a salesman drive the car and give me his impressions both good and bad. I ended up not purchasing the car (or any car from anyone) but wouldn't hesitate doing business with Phillips Buick in the future. I feel very comfortable with this dealership.

    Purchased two late model used vehicles from this dealership. Neither was supported with the problems encountered immediately after purchase. Salesperson was very unprofessional on returning calls and even hanging up on a call. Sales manager was just as unprofessional in his dialogue. We owned a heavy equipment dealership for 40 years. We know customer service and professionalism. None of that was exhibited at this dealership

    I made an internet inquiry for a Ford Explorer. I got a quick response from the internet sales department. The sales person was extremely courteous and answered all my questions. I appreciated his honesty in his answer. He was upfront about all the dealer fees and what they charged. As I put my offer over the phone, there was another person at the dealership already buying the same vehicle and was not able to purchase the one that I wanted. Overall, I would buy from the dealer and specially the salesman that took care of me.

    I recently purchased a 2011 Nissan Frontier. It was a used truck. It had 22,000 miles and was in excellent condition. The effort made to make this deal come together -I was trading in a Toyota leased SUV- was simple and very fair. The financing department was very helpful and all the staff I met friendly and welcoming. My sales rep, Buzz Buzby, offered various options in means to bring the deal together and was fair and open to my questions.

    We live close to this dealership and are a GMC family, we currently own 3 GMCs and plan to buy more in the future. However we will never set foot on this particular dealership's property again. Their service department struggles to properly diagnose repairs and getting it right the first time. We took our Terrain in for an oil change and they left the plug loose on the oil pan. All the oil drained out and blew the engine. It took a month to get it corrected after many arguments. Took our Sierra in for a rattling noise and they told me it was cupped tires and after 2 visits found it was a loose shock. Cupped tires and a loose shock don't even sound remotely the same. Last incident with tire rotation at Lightning service center when they rotated tires and didn't balance them. We took it in 30 minutes before they closed and you could tell they didn't want to do it. Asked to have it corrected and they wanted to charge me again. The young guy didn't offer any solutions just wanted to charge me again.

    Thank you for your review. Before this review was posted, the consumer and General Manager of Phillips Buick GMC had spoken about this matter. The General Manager apologized for any inconvenience we may have caused but the bottom line is the problem was addressed and fixed. He once again apologized that this event happened, and we are doing everything we can to insure that this does not happen again in the future. During our conversation, we were able to make peace and in fact I offered the consumer her next scheduled maintenance at no cost to her. In reference to each event, the Terrain had broken down in Tallahassee (over 3 hours from here) and was towed to a local dealer in that area. We had the vehicle towed to our facility where it was properly diagnosed and fixed at no cost to the consumer. Concerning the rattling noise, the problem was not diagnosed correctly on the first visit. When the vehicle was brought back in, it was correctly diagnosed and fixed. The General Manager apologized that this happened and that, as noted earlier, we are doing everything we can to insure that this does not happen again in the future. The tire rotation was done but we did not do a tire balance due to the fact that the consumer did not request it to be done. We have since trained our techs to now offer a tire balance when a customer requests a tire rotation. The tire balance is an additional cost to the customer. Obviously our young techs are learning every day to be better with customers and offer correct solutions. The training issues have been addressed and we are doing our best to become better every day.
