I would give this dealership a negative amount of stars! Last October my wife and I bought a 2013 Chevy equinox. After A few days of ownership, the vehicle... started to give us trouble and we took it back to the dealership. Thankfully it came with a 30 day warranty and the dealership fix us up. The parts for this repair would have been $1300. All was well and we were happy. Roughly 6 months later the car is doing the exact same thing. I go into the dealership to ask if the part would be under warranty. I understand that the car is not under warranty but the part for such an expensive fix normally would be under warranty. Turns out the part is under warranty if I paid for it previously. Because the part was paid for be the car warranty, the parts warranty will not be honored. Basically this dealership wants to fix your car under warranty with bad parts and then when the warranty runs out have you pay for new parts that technically have a warranty but won’t be homered because of the part was “paid for” last time. That’s a scam! Stay away from this dealer!

I took my vehicle in to have an oil change and have it cleaned. When I went to pick the vehicle up it had never been cleaned. Brought the vehicle back... another day to have it cleaned and it looked like my two-year-old vacuumed it after paying $45. Supposed to take it back for the third time, and still waiting to see if they’re going to refund me any money At the same time this is happening they had my other vehicle in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. When I got the vehicle back there was a service to monitor light one for the tire. I went back in and spoke with Kevin About the concern. He told me to drive the car and hopefully the code would go away? I don’t know a lot about cars but I know when there is a code there is something wrong. I explain that to him so he had someone look at it and I think they just cleared the code without looking at the problem. A day later the code reappeared while I was driving so I called in again and explain this to Kevin. He told me to bring the car back in and they would have a look at it again. After looking at it he told me it was a sensor that I would have to pay for to get fixed, keep in mind this was not broke when I brought it in. After arguing with me I finally told him to talk to the service manager because they need to cover what they broke. I am guessing the service manager agreed with me because they ended up covering the fix. So for a simple oil change on my one vehicle and a simple oil change and vacuum on my other I have been to the dealership five different days with issues. Once these are resolved I will not go back. Save yourself the anguish

I had my car there a few times, the air conditioning wasn't working properly. And it's still not working. They were rude towards me, I'll never buy another... car from them.

My experience with Kim and the staff at Red Lion Chevrolet was absolutely the best I've ever had when purchasing a vehicle in a long time. I had no intentions... of even going to a dealership but after a battle with repairs on my used car it was looking like a new (used) vehicle was my only option. I went to Red Lion Chevrolet because it was the closest dealership to my house and was greeted by kim. With only a broken down Pontiac as down payment and not much financial wiggle room Kim worked her magic and got me in a 2016 Malibu, when I had intentions to buy the cheapest car they could get me. Me and my family are extremely happy to be sitting in a beautiful new (to us, anyways) car, and to be in a reliable safe vehicle that we can rely on for years to come.
