I made an appointment to test drive a used truck.

I made an appointment to test drive a used truck. When I arrived at the dealership the person I had made the appointment with was not there and no one knew who I was or why I was there. The vehicle I was scheduled to test drive was also not there. It had already been sold and no one informed me it was gone. The young man that offered to help asked what I was looking for and I indicated a Ford Ranger (as advertised) or a Chevy Colorado. He said he would get me something to look at and showed up with a Nisson pickup. This was very annoying and I nearly walked out at this point. He wasn’t listening to me. I agreed to look at a new Chevy Colorado and took that for a drive. Was disappointed to learn that they are not available with an extended cab and long bed. I left the dealership unhappy with the service and availability of vehicles.

took in for oil change after 2 days we had to call for

took in for oil change after 2 days we had to call for status told van not safe to drive didn't even do the oil change. we were aware of brake issue and had someone lined up to do that but the estimate they gave us was insane

I bought a 2018 GMC Canyon with the Duramax engine.

I bought a 2018 GMC Canyon with the Duramax engine. It has been in the shop the past 7 months, while the technicians try and figure out the DEF system issues. It’s been in the shop no less than 3 times for emissions issues. While it was in I had some front suspension work done that was covered by my extended warranty but was still charged due to the advisors oversight on documenting the work and submitting it to warranty company. I Instead of the dealership am now fighting to get a refund. I’m on my 3 service advisor, Shana who has been the only good part of this experience. She has gotten traction with getting answers and replacement parts sent and installed. Even with Shana’s efforts I’ve not been able to get my vehicle back. Frustrated is an understatement.
