Excellent customer service and everybody is very friendly

From the first moment I walked onto their lot I was impressed. I always hated buying cars because I felt salesman were always pushy, I didn't have that experience at all, Johnnie was not like that and was very accommodating and knowledgeable. When I decided to purchase my new Volkswagen I had such a good experience with all departments and Aaron really worked hard to get us to the payments and price we would both agree on. I would definitely recommend Al Serra!

That GM really led his team to shine bright!

Purchased my 6th brand new chevy vehicle but first one from this dealer. Best Chevrolet experience of my life! Great help from the internet sales person - loved her Incredible experience with the GM on the floor. - He was above and beyond king of customer service.He was amazing and never once made a big deal about how he was, he just did, and I noticed!!! Showroom sales guy was average, typical sales guy, not a great impression. I really do not like when people tell me to fill out a survey on their behalf. That was a turn off and the way he hyped himself doing his job was a turn off. If I scored anything lover than a perfect score it would have been because of this guy....but I didn't want anyone else to look bad because of him. Guy in finance was great! He was totally organized and kept things moving to get me out the door quickly.

Always great service

Always treats me like family. My service rep is always the same person. That is very impotent to me. He is number one Tony Dice. Everyone else is great also.

Tremendous Experience

After purchasing a 2013 Chevy Silverado (which as a great experience in the sales department), I took the truck in to replace the center console. Chris, in the service department, found the part and had it replaced in less than 30 minutes. Not only was Chris quick with the service, he was extremely professional and courteous. I will continue to bring my Chevy truck and Buick Lacrosse to the Chevy dealership at the Auto Mall Loop.

Great people, Great location

Everyone was very helpful and did the very best to make this deal. Syd was very knowledgeable about the trucks and knew right away what we needed and looking for and found it for us.

My 2007 Colorado

Good quick service--thanks. So, I always take my cars into Al Siera for service when I am at home here. I do spend six months out of state and am not able to do so.

Great services

The staff were very helpful. I work long and various hours -- I needed to drop our company vehicle off for routine maintenance and did not have an appointment.... I was able to get the vehicle in, serviced and picked up without any problems or inconveniences disrupting our operations. Great job ... thanks.

Customer Service

Even though the service department was booked three weeks out, my Service Advisor (Joe Buljung)went above and beyond to get my vehicle checked for a bad battery. This was found to be the problem. Less than an hour later I was back on the road with a new battery and my vehicle running like a top. Thank you Joe!!
