Tony was the service mgr that helped me, and I am more than happy with the way they treated me as a customer,They had my car for a couple days to replae the supercharger on my ZL1,gave me a loaner with no prolems! (well i think they should have let me at least have a 6cyl camaro! but I had a chevy Cruz) LOL:-) But I am more than satisfied with the service Dept. Thank you Thomas F.

Great service
The staff was friendly and helpful. I'm glad they did a free inspection on my car, as my rear brakes were worn thin. I took advantage of the recall to get some other service done on the car. I would recommend them for chevy service and will return.

My experience with Al Serra is pretty surprising. I have always taken my cars to a independent mechanic, the problem I was having with my chevy suburban, no one could figure out. After replacing numerous things on it and still having the same issue. I had no choice I said so I took my suburban to Al Serra. The conclusion was they found the problem and they gave me a good deal on a oil change to. I was completely floored.
