    We were in search of a SUV, and we were so thrilled with Steve Schmitt and Blake Bircher.. We purchased and then we cam back and purchased a car.. They went out of their way to make us happy .. I recommend them to anyone,, they will gout of their way to make you happy with your new purchase and when you come in for service

    First off, I live in Dallas. Found a car I really liked here, so I emailed to check on availability. They responded the next day and stated they did have the car. Great! Since I'm out of state and can't just pop in to check the car out, I emailed back asking for more detailed pictures and some general questions. Almost two days go by and I don't hear anything so I email again. They apologize and say they were extremely busy. I understand, dealerships can get busy. I finally get some pictures, but not all the ones I asked for and they didn't answer all of my questions. So I email back again to get what I was looking for. After another slow response I finally have all of the information that I need and decide I want the car. So, now would be the right time to start negotiations, right? Wrong. After over a week of trying to get information about the car, my salesman (Mike Zippay) says that the price that's listed is the price. They would come down ~$1K if I didn't want the car certified. The website stated the car was already certified. It would have been nice if they stated off the bat that this was a take it or leave it price dealership. I wouldn't have wasted over a week of my life trying to buy this car had I known that.

    My daughter was in the market for her first new car and after visiting a different dealership was directed to litchfield where Greg Bruckert was very helpful - however, the car my daughter was trying to buy was actually in Highland and the promotion ended today - Greg made it possible for us to take advantage of sale and with Evan's help worked out the financing that night - both having to stay late but neither acted at all like that was a problem - we even drove home a different new car until Greg could get the real car from Highland and will then bring car to my daughter - awesome customer service - would recommend everyone to check them out
