    Very impressed with this Service Department. Problem with vehicle was unexpected but was able to communicate my situation and received expedential treatment. Vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion and no problems since. Manager reached out to me a few days later to assure I was happy and of course I was. Thank you Shane and Poage Service.

    Had complaint about some service issues. Got text from General Manager that ended in "good riddance". Now I don't consider myself and annoying customer or that I was out of line but have never experienced and ending like this. Also stated don't come back in...... I'm sure good people but perhaps need a little customer service training. And yes Mr. General Manager, I realize you are the boss at the store but that being the case would have expected more.

    Mr.Pate we welcome both good and bad criticism as we believe it only makes us better however your "complaint" was not warranted and was undeserved. Your tires were rotated not balanced yet your complaint was about the balance of your tires. We simply cannot be held accountable for work we did not perform. Your complaint also detailed how bad the dealership "stunk" and your intention to "tell everyone you could how bad it was" and that "you were taking your business elsewhere". We work very hard to maintain customer loyalty by providing every customer with honest, respectful service unfortunately your complaint did not reciprocate this. We reviewed your service visit and very easily determined that very little of the information you provided was accurate similar to your comments in this review.

    I would first like to apologize for your experience at Poage not being a satisfactory one. I will say that pre-owned vehicles can be a tricky market sometimes and depending on what we as a dealer may have to pay for a particular vehicle does dictate what we must get out of it at time of sale. There are so many guides available and they can often have ranges of thousands of dollars amongst them it can be very hard to know what is what sometimes. When trading consumers obviously want all the money possible for their vehicle and of course when purchasing want to give as little as possible. This often puts us the dealer who must still find ways to make some profit between these transactions in a difficult spot. My name is Brian Hill and I am the Sales Manager here.
