I like my car but I need something bigger and I was told after I made 13 payments I could trade it in for something else and I’ve made over 30 payments and still not able to trade it in cause it’s not worth no where near what I still owe on it so I feel I got ripped off!!

I highly recommend giving Pogue Chevrolet a try when you are shopping for vehicles!!!! I purchased my black 2017 Impala Premier from Pogue Chevrolet a few weeks ago. I had been wanting one of these cars for quite sometime and had been shopping around. I am so glad I chose Pogue Chevrolet!! They worked with me on my trade and helped me get to the purchase price I needed, and I was able to drive my car home that day!!! They were able to check the car at the time I took it in so I didn't have to leave it and come back later to get it.

I WAS not pleased with the showing on how the features of the truck worked and that they did not setup the ON STAR SERVICE BEFORE I left the dealership , BY the way I HIT A deer on the way home the onstar was not working because it was not set up and also when I set it up, it had a problem that I had to fix by calling Onstar myself . So is that enough or do you need more info ?

Excellent staff. Got it fixed in less than a day and worked with us for our work schedule. one of the employees gave our son a hot wheel both times we were there!! We have never had any trouble out here. we have purchased 2 vehicles from them.

THEY WERE GREAT ON THE PHONE,THE INTERNET SO I CAME IN AND THEY WERE GREAT IN PERSON GETTING ME INTO THE CAR I WANTED ALSO AGREED TO MY TERMS. WILL BE A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS TO COME.

I live a considerable distance from the dealership and agreed upon a deal over the phone. After driving over a hundred miles to this dealership they refused to honor the deal they offered on the phone and instead increased the cost of the car originally $1500 higher than the agreed upon price. After discussing and attempting to come to an agreement they never would honor the agreed price and stayed over $700 higher. I feel i was lied to in an attempt to get me onto the lot in order to convince me to pay more money. I did not purchase the car and due to the distrust I can not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I have purchased a vehicle and had multiple service appts on other vehicles. I had so codes pulled on a Silverado and took them to parts where they would not give me the part numbers because I would not buy them immediately from them. After over 15K in spendings at Pogue, AutoZone was a much better solution. Pogue will sell you something, but dont count on anything past that. Terrible business practice.
