Service dept headache

My husband took his 2022 truck in for a recall- took in at scheduled time… 2 hours later we went back & were told it was almost done, so I dropped him off. It is now over 2 Hours later& he is still there! Service manager knew nothing about the recall until we told him! Very unprofessional ☹️

Poage is the only service center I have used for the last

Poage is the only service center I have used for the last 15 years. I usually get an appointment to have the oil changed within a week from the time that I call. I like to talk to Dan. I always wait, the accommodations are very nice. I had a surprise on my last bill, they rotated my tires without letting me know ahead of time. I left the next morning for 3 1/2 hour trip. I got out on the road and my right rear tire said too high. I had to stop & let the air out. I’m not sure this is what you wanted to hear. Please consider this a very minor complaint. I value all the service workers at Poage and will continue using their services.

Poage Auto Plaza has always been like family to me. They...

Poage Auto Plaza has always been like family to me. They are kind, honest and friendly. My only complaint is that I went in for an oil change (regular maintenance) and when my truck was returned to me I was told that there was a belt that needed to be replaced and I would need to make another appointment to have that done. Really? I the guy that changed the oil couldn't spend another 15 minutes to change the belt? I'm not a mechanic so I may be way off. Anyway. I'll go back.

Trying to be a loyal customer.....

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO POAGE AUTO PLAZA FOR ANY SORT OF SERVICE. I repeat, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO POAGE AUTO FOR ANY SORT OF SERVICE. The service department manager Dan tried to intimidate me to buy a new engine for my car from Poage instead of taking my car elsewhere because I already had "so much against me already" (bill wise). Multiple times the phone was slammed on me. I cannot express the unprofessionalism and complete lack of respect I experienced from this man. On top of that, I call to check on the progress of my car and I'm informed, by Dan, that it was possible a bearing was bad. Instead of taking the courtesy to inspect what could have gone wrong, mechanically or human error, they REFUSED to do anything about it and even look. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO POAGE AUTO FOR ANY SORT OF SERVICE. If it were possible to give a negative star review, Poage Auto would be getting it. I will NEVER recommend going to Poage Auto Plaza for anything. Thank God I have a mechanic friend, who has more mechanic friends, that had my back through the whole ordeal.

The people were very courteous and I am sure the work was...

The people were very courteous and I am sure the work was done well. But I waited 7 hours for a 4 hour job to be done. My time is just as important as the people, that they worked in while they were doing my job.

Got a great deal on a Toyota Venza at the GM Dealr

They let me have the car for a night before deciding to buy, they came down on price with a very reasonable offer without having to really negotiate. The car was very clean and they gave me a full tank of gas and offered to do the next oil change for free. Brandy Bartlett was friendly and easy to deal with.
