D'Arcy service department replaced cracked exhaust manifold on my beautiful '08 Trailblazer without question. My truck is very clean so any smudges or... stains would be noticed...no problems at all. I could not be happier. As a lifelong multi GM owner I always prowl the lots, including D'Arcy. Amazing display of the best vehicles there, hoods open, Camaros & Corvettes up front clean & mean. The Caddys are also stunning. No one can dispute GM's long and continuous leadership in both technology and design. I am proud to own and show off my '79 Camaro and '08 Trailblazer plus my '97 Jimmy work truck. All run perfectly...typical US made GM products...can't be beat! And so GM continues to produce fantastic products, arguably the most beautiful on the market with unmatched performance built with union labor. Makes me proud.
I had been looking for awhile. I have encountered pushy, rude and condescending salespeople and really went in with a chip on my shoulder expecting more... of the same. D'Arcy is truly the exception! From the minute I walked in the door until the day I left with my "new" car I was treated with respect and personal care. My salesman Dale, the general manager, the finance guy, the whole service department were all doing what needed to be done to make sure that I was satisfied. I will be back. THANK YOU !

Didnt tell me i needed 7500mi on tires before rotation until after oil change then said if i want it done would cost 2nd free warre ty visit would have... re scheduled if told 1st now2nd visit at 7500mi for tires will cost me a 60 dollar oil change since both are out of sync will take business to differentdealer because service is everything to me

My review started with John in the service department and he was excellent. Service diagnosed my Cruze and had back the same day. John was very thorough... and explained every little detail. My next visit was with Jeb in sales who helped me and also had Casey recommend a vehicle which i purchased. I then dealt with "The Man in the middle" Brogan who was very friendly and answered all of my "little" questions. My day finished d with Suzanne who was very friendly and "down to earth" and she helped me with any and all of my finance issues. I would most definitely return here and would recommend this Chevy, Buick, GMC dealer to anyone.

Warranty repairs performed by Darcy Morris lasted exactly one week. Same problem has returned so obviously not fixed properly the first time.
