Def problems
Top notch. On a trip and 400 miles into it. Computer showed def problems and started to limit power. Showed up about 9:00am and out and fixed by 1:00pm. Had no appointment.. A . Bethany was great .

Oil change and tire rotation.
When tires were rotated the struts dropped causing car to bounce and float. Service manager just kind of blew me off and said they would not fix it you can tell that tony brown is gone because the excellence is just not there any more. No one else has ever touched my car just paid $700 for check up and yesterday had a headlight bulb replaced took about 15 minutes cost me $103 yes I said $103 dollars. Bulb cost$24. Will tell everyone about this terrible experience
