Service department is no help at all had a oil change scheduled and was running a few minutes late and couldn’t get anyone to answer

I was very satisfied with the service I received when I had my car?s oil changed. Customer service was very helpful in scheduling my appointment. They even washed my car. The owner himself inquired about my satisfaction.

The customer service was excellent. Charlene was very helpful throughout the whole buying process. The only downfall was how long it took. We were there about 4 hours, and a lot of that time was spent waiting on them to get the car cleaned up. Other than that, it was an overall good experience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Dishonest - Confrontational - Loud - Curses AT you
Dishonest on the management side. Lied. Cursed. Pulled the walk out of the room and act offended routine, when I never raised my voice or cursed at all. Simply stating what I know happens IN SOME finances offices when he was lying to me about interest rates offered to me made him borderline act like he wanted to fight. So incredibly dishonest. I insisted they do not send my credit report to more than ONE bank.. they promised.. they ran it 3 times and then acted like I was irrationally bothered by it. Lied about the bank offering me a 4.75% interest rate on a 2017 vehicle.. and my credit score they showed me was 803.. I did buy the car.. but after dealign with the salesman known as "King" I was thinking I'd always drive to Maysville to do business.. After leaving Jeffs office I'll never buy from their dealership again, and would even consider never dealing with a Ford dealership again... his language, attitude, honestly and most of all his confrontational demeanor are the main reasons why... steer clear of this dealership. I never met the GM, but he hired this guy. Seriously, go anywhere else.. Ive been to dealerships and they all play hard to get a sale, but I've never had one lie and then get loud and in my face.. Please, consider any lot.. even a buy here pay here, before going here. Thanks!
Great place to purchase a new vehicle! Purchased a new Chevy Cruze hatchback a very nice car to drive and the gas mileage is very goog. 38 mpg

Good overall experience. The Finance guy wasn't very helpful, but the salesman was Great and taking care of what the Finance guy wouldn't do.
