I received efficient and prompt oil change service, requiring only a minor, inexpensive component. Although I do not recall the technician's name, the service was completed without incident. I am highly satisfied and will continue to utilize Pahrump Valley Auto Plaza for all future service requirements and vehicle acquisitions. Darik was pleasant, but unable to complete the aspects of his job. I sent him an email asking for a quote on truck service. He sent me an incomplete quote because he “forgot” to finish it. I was promised a shuttle service would take me back home while my truck was serviced. This was a lie, Darik told me I was to far away, and tried to convince me to walk around town for 8 hours. I convinced him to give me a loaner car. When my service was complete, I went to pick my vehicle up. This is when I found out that once again, Derik had “forgot” to tell the mechanic my brakes were being replaced. No now I have driven 90 miles for service, and spent 8 hours without my truck. And I have to make an additional appointment at my own cost to come back and have them finish what they said would be done the first day. I have my own schedule and am unable to make it back for a second appointment. So now I still have bad brakes. Very unsatisfying visit at Pahrump Valley Auto. Will not be returning.

i bought a 2025 trax for $27000 have it for 2 months ,1200 miles now worth $20000. they also undervalued my trade by thousands ,SENIORS BEWARE they are TOXIC

Very nice salesperson. Wrong higher price was presented initially. This was corrected without issue. Good thing we knew the price. Tried to delay car delivery but did deliver on time. Did not bring both keys but did mail them. I live 1 hour from the dealership

JUST A HEADS UP... I bought a 2016 Chevrolet cruise, one year ago from auto plaza within this one year. It has been in their shop 8 times and now I am here at this shop once more. Being told that I should not drive the car because a sensor has completely died and the car is unsafe. it is under warranty, but there is a nationwide shortage. And that if I drive the car, there's a good chance it will completely die on me. I came to autoplaza as a single mother to get a car to provied fro my babies and all I have been done is been stomped into the ground. I am very disappointed in everything that has happened. I make my monthly payments on time. I keep up on maintenance I advise any mother and any father that reads this to please go anywhere else! I AM VERY DISSPLEASED WITH IT ALL. And all the manager tells me is that there isn't anything really that they can do and that its bc i bought it pre owned and i should of known it could happen.. Even tho its warenty threw them and then tells me to call my insurance company and see if they will help. SO PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY YOUR TIME AND YOUR FAMILY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Everyone I run into is professional and genuinely nice. I’m treated with respect. I’m gonna miss this place as I’m moving to California.

Pleasant atmosphere and Austin is a very thorough sales representative. He made our buying experience very pleasant. He continues to be attentive to our needs and we greatly appreciate him. All the staff have been very cheerful and professional. We love our new Canyon.
