    I had contacted Dan Huber about looking in the future for a truck to fit our family, he not only started looking asap but respected our price points and... wants. We arrived from a very long car ride to see our number one pick right in front! Made us feel special and great looking truck. Only to realize it wasn't the one for us. He let us browse without feeling pressure and let us come to him for questions and concerns and his answers were great along with very helpful! This guy truly knows his trucks and never pushed us to anything we would have a hard time affording. We drove home with a beautiful 2015 ford! We are totally in love with it and it works perfect for our family!! Thank you Roberts and huge thank you Dan Huber!!! We will be back and will not be shopping anywhere else for vehicles!!!

    They still did not follow thru with promises made. Been trying to get the issue dealt with since May. Nobody will call back to try to resolve issue.... Now I'm stuck with 2 car payments because they did not pay off the older car as promised. If it wouldn't hurt my credit, I'd take the new car back to them and never go back again. Now I'm stuck in a bad situation.

    We found a car online we were interested in. We spoke with a guy on the phone, set a date and time. We arrived on time and spoke with someone and was told... the guy we were having a meeting with was off. ( scheduled day off, not emergency.) So, we started talking with a different salesperson. ( the day I talked to the guy on the phone he told me to please becourteous enough to call if we weren't coming. ) 1st mistake not leaving.... moving on, so we went through the process , the salesperson we had was a great guy. Anyway, the car was filthy so they kept it and detailed it and I came back the next day. Well I call to make sure the car was clean, they didn't know who I was or what I was talking about at the service center. After telling me they would call me back, 2 hours later I call them back. Didnt know what I was talking about once again. Finally spoke with someone who said my car was on a different lot bc they were booked I go and pick my car up with a 3 year old and a 1 month old in 100 degree heat.... they finally find the keys and I wait for them to write the paper tag. I go outside and put the car seats in the new car and cool the car down, it's on empty. Not just stuck on the line, its completely past the red line on E.... ( funny story... when we test drove it , it was not on empty. I looked. ) we were the last costumers of the night, and we had finalized paperwork that night also. So I go in and say something they did give me 30 to throw in the tank. I drive off finally get home abr start to check the car out.... oh of I could show pictures. EVERYTHING they said they would do to the car they did not. Example: the engine was dusty and filthy and had fall leaves under the hood, in the middle of summer. They only vacuumed the car, and did a horrible job at that, Didnt even touch the 3rd row. The windows were nasty and sticky. The steering wheel felt like glue. Its 30days later and still no title....
