    I worked with Tim Hedrick, he was extremely courteous and professional. He talked to us about our options and worked with us. I appreciated the no nonsense... pricing. Unfortunately we decided to go with a different used model at a different dealer.

    My husband and I were looking at cars online, and found several good ones we liked on Wheeler Chevrolet's website. About a week ago we went in for test... drives. Everyone in the place was very nice, and the place was clean and comfortable and homey. We never felt rushed or pushed into anything. We felt like they really listened to what we wanted and needed, and they didn't try to sell us things we didn't need as other dealers might. They were definitely more interested in us being happy than they were in making an extra buck. We got exactly the car we hoped for and at a great price too. We couldn't drive it home at the time we bought it so we arranged for them to deliver it a few days later. The car was spic and span, in perfect condition, and the drivers who brought it were also very nice. This was the nicest car buying experience I've ever had and I won't hesitate to go back when I need a new one, even though we live about an hour away. Totally worth it, very happy with the experience. I highly recommend them.

    Quinton was extremely rude, "just trying to get paid" all he was waiting for was an insurance policy number.

The number we left the message at was 580-xxx-9892. I didn't put the full number in since this is read by many people. I am assuming you are wayne interested in the 2003 Thunderbird because the above review had the name mis-spelled.     I live in the Southern Texas Panhandle. Because of the distance to the Wheeler dealership, I based my decision to buy a pickup by conversations on the... phone. When a pickup of interest was described to me, I took the chance and drove to Hinton. What I found was the exact pickup that was described. The pickup was priced at a value that beat all the dealers within the radius I was searching. It was worth the drive to Hinton to buy a great pickup at a great price. Personnel was very curious and professional. In my personal experience, I highly recommend this dealership.

    I broke down near Wheeler Chevrolet. They were kind and took good care of me until the service manager went on vacation the next day. They called me and... asked me how much they quoted for the job. When I told them $445 they said it is now $495. I told them I understood and that it probably took a little more time than first quoted. Then I was told very unprofessionally "well we probably need to add more to this bill". WHAT? I wait for David to come back from vacation and see what in the world is going on. When I call David he says my new total is $615! Of course I am upset and tell him that I feel like they are padding the bill. David returned very rudely and when I told him I am shocked at the way he is speaking to me he says. "well you started it". Do yourself a favor and pay to tow your vehicle to someone you can trust.

As I discussed with you we had two different opinions on the estimate at the time and be...csuse the first service writer was on vacation they could not be consulted. Our goal with each customer is to bring a pleasant experience to a situation that most people don't like, such as repairing a vehicle.
