John was very helpful and friendly. Everyone we worked with made the experience easy and relaxed. There was no pressure at all! John walked us through all of the features of the vehicle and answered questions, Cody helped us with additional warranties (but never pressured us), and Hank (sales director) made a point to come meet us and ask about our experience. Overall, one of the best car buying experiences.

I had found the car searching online. When I arrived at dealership John Reynolds was very welcoming and the test drive and sale of the car was super easy and stress free. There was a minor fix with the car and the dealership was great to get that fixed quickly. I would definitely come back and purchase a new or used car and I would ask for John Reynolds again.

We needed a car. I found one at Ferguson KIA. We met Autumn at the dealership. She is such an easy person to deal with. No pressure, or price is only for today. We liked the car, but were concerned about an issue, so she took care of it for us. We returned the next week, and bought the car. We highly recommend Ferguson and Autumn.

Sunday was amazing. He was so thorough in explaining the features of the car when we test drove it and at delivery. Everyone was exceptionally courteous.

With the headaches of the car market being the way it is Tom Rother (sales person), Hank Loyd (Kia Sales manager), and Derrick Lawrence (Finance Manager) were super pleasant and persistent on helping my family and I find the perfect vehicle and financing. Tom Rother, Hank Loyd, and Derrick Lawrence are super patient, lovable, and great with kids. My family and I absolutely love our new 2024 Kia Telluride!
