    Horrible....from day 1–back when bought my ‘08 Chevy...Pemberton gives Chevy a bad name :( 1) Should the customer have to be the one calling... to see if a part is in or not..btw still waiting on a call for my ‘08–Very close to 400 thousand miles.... 2) it’s Always the “Other Departments” fault that invoices aren’t where they’re supposed to be...online appointments can’t be kept....2nd vehicle have to make 3 trips in just to sign contract; Even though it’s supposed to be understood during First signing. 3) Loner vehicle smelling like a bar—smoke smell— - it’s stressful enough to make a huge purchase for some, to be double talked by a salesman makes the experience a Lot worse!

    I don't buy a new GM vehicle every year, but when I do, I shop at Pemberton Chevrolet-GMC-Buick. Dale Randall, Joe Denoya, and all the rest of the... sales crew are great people. They do not use aggressive sales tactics there - very low pressure, very friendly. The service department has always been good to us as well. We enjoy the laid back hometown feel of this dealership and that's why we've purchased three vehicles from them.

    Neil was awesome! I walked in already knowing what I wanted, so we got right to it as soon as he told me he had a few of what I was looking for. They didn't... have the color I wanted, however, being the type of person who does not enjoy pushy salesmen I wanted to get it done all in one day. I must say this was the very best car buying experience I've ever had. Not one of the sales employees were pushy. They were everything but that. I highly recommend Pemberton's, they are fantastic!!!

    Adam in service did a great job I took my 15 suburban in for A/C not working it was found the fill valve on the suction line was leaking and they changed... the suction line. 5 days later the A/C quit working again Adam got it right in and called the next afternoon. they had found the discharge line had cracked it also had to be replaced I was very pleased with there service.

    I came here with my husband to buy a pickup big enough to pull a trailer. Well there were two that interested us. One was just what we came in for. The... salesman had found it another dealership out of town. The other, at this dealership, had several bells and whistles that my husband had no interest in. Then I made an executive decision. Those bells and whistles were perfect for me so here was the plan. This truck would be my vehicle and he would drive my 2010 Terrain. Of course when he needed to pull a trailer, I would let him use it. Works well for us both. Sold! Thanks to our salesman Neil. You did a great job for us.
