    I cant say enough about how well my purchasing expierence went, in particular involving Ron Schwartz. I went on 7-18-17 to purchase a new car and he did everything he could to take car of me and ensure i was satisfied. I was trading in a car that had issues and he followed me 25 miles, over an hour round trip to ensure i made it back safely. Id highly recommend this dealership and Ron with all your used car needs.

    The sales people and management were unbelievably responding to my personal needs. I was amazed on how the sales personnel kept on presenting me with options that suited my needs. Mind you, I had been to several other Subaru dealers in the Pittsburgh area: Day Subaru, Day Apollo, Bowser, and my local Baierl Subaru in the North Hills area. I am glad that I searched further and visited Kenny Ross Subaru in Irwin Pa. where I bought my first Subaru Forester back in 2004. My 2004 Forester has served me well, Thank You. My new 2017 Crosstrek is what I need and fits in my garage. Jay Sanderson was very personable and professional in his delivery. I have no problem in recommending Kelly Ross Subaru, Irwin. Subaru America is doing well with Kenny Ross Irwin

    I inquired about a used vehicle and was told by the salesman that he would call me back. When he called back, he said the vehicle was available. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and because I am from Delaware, I told him I would wire the funds, but before doing so, I asked that he look over the vehicle closely and look for any issues, specifically regarding the condition of the leather interior. About 10 minutes later, he called back to tell me the vehicle was not available. Needless to say, I was very disappointed,

    Drove 6 hours from Michigan to purchase a vehicle that was misrepresented by Anthony Talerico, a sales cosultant. We were told the vehicle was in fantastic condition and never in an accident. The vehicle was in an accident. There was a knocking in the engine. There were body imperfections.

    I'm not one to complain, but after this being my first experience buying a car from a dealership i feel like i have to get my story out there, so maybe the GM can see my point of view. I was browsing the internet the other day, and found a 2014 Chevy Impala in my price range, i sent in a interest card via Cargurus, and I was surprised of how quick a salesman called me, it was literally 30 seconds; it's safe to say I was impressed, the man asked when I could come see the vehicle, I tried telling him that i wasn't sure when I could make it out there since I'm a college student and I work full time, i have a busy schedule. He kind of pressured me and told me they were open the very next day 9-9 and what time might work best for me, still unsure but i knew i had time after 3 to get out there and take a look. That part wasn't too bad I was happy to have been able to see the vehicle quickly before it was sold, But when I got there the Vehicle wasn't even ready, it was still dirty on the inside and the Salesman apologized, that wasn't a big deal i understood. Before we left for the test drive the Salesman told me this car is a Certified Chevrolet PreOwned which was a big deal for me, the 12 month bumper to bumper warranty was almost a deal make or break to me, I drove the car, it was a very smooth ride, and i was very happy with it. We got back to the dealership and all of a sudden the Salesman tells me that he ran into an issue where there was a Recall which had been Open, but Expired? Which made it uncertifiable and offered me a 3 month 3,000 mile drive train warranty, That offer was laughable because he tried to replace a 12 month bumper to bumper warranty with a 3 month 3,000 mile drive train warranty and not offer any compensation. After asking a few more questions he went and got his sales manager, who flat out told us he hadn't had any answers for me, So i asked him if there was anything he could do with the price than being that it wasn't certified, the used sales manager chuckled at me for asking, and told me he actually just raised the price and the system hadn't been updated yet. (So... you raised the price and lowered the warranty... cause that makes sense right?) We left at that, and the used car manager calls me the next day, and tells me that he was able to get the recall fixed, but he still couldn't certify it because of a glitch in the system, and he offered me a 12 month drive train warranty, for the increased price. I told the man I'm going to keep looking, it's a shame i was very interested in the vehicle; But come on, this kind of thing couldn't be made up. It's a shame because this was the first time I've ever gone to look at a vehicle at a dealership and this was the experience I had, I hope others aren't the same. -Brett S.
