Geoff was excellent to work with.

Geoff was excellent to work with. He was extremely quick with getting the paperwork to me once I finalized the vehicle I wanted. He was knowledgeable about all financing and rebates to make the decision process extremely quick and easy! I’ve purchased from numerous dealerships in the past prior to going to Runde and I would absolutely recommend them and purchase from them again! There are other dealerships much closer to me but I will go to Runde every time in the future now!

Very impersonal, could not turn the car off once it was

Very impersonal, could not turn the car off once it was jumped and was not allowed to use the convertible top. Not a very useful test drive.

We had a great experience recently purchasing our 2025 Equinox RS from the Runde Dealer in East Dubuque. Geoff Barklow was our salesman and was great to work with. Great dealership to work with. Everything went very smoothly and all our questions were answered.

I’ve always dealt with Greg because I really like him and

I’ve always dealt with Greg because I really like him and I don’t like anyone else there. They’re too pushy. So here’s the thing, I bought a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from the Manchester lot, and barely a couple thousand miles into it, I had all kinds of alarms flashing at me. It was covered under warranty and they got it fixed and it cost me nothing. The head guy in the service department (who’s name escapes me) was the most helpful customer service person I’ve ever talked to. My only problem is with (I believe it was) the guy running the dealership who gave me the rental car. Now I bought this vehicle from his dealership brand new and when I had a problem that was covered under warranty, he gave me a 20 year old car that barely ran, with 175,000 miles on it…and that is not an exaggeration. I was told I would get something comparable to what I have and this is what I get. My wife is in a wheelchair and it’s the middle of winter in the upper midwest. Now you would think I’d get a little better service than this, but I was very disappointed. Now I have more alarms going off in my vehicle so I’m going to have to go through this all over again. I’ll just wait until Spring to tell them about it so I don’t have to risk my life in some old piece of rental junk. I probably won’t buy from that lot ever again.

Dealt with Geoff Barklow on a used GMC Sierra pickup. Was very easy to deal with and wasn't pushy at all like some dealership Ive dealt with. Had a great experience and extremely happy with my purchase.
