Last August I purchased a 2017 Equinox LT from John K Fisher. At signing my Daughter and Son-in-law came over to help me since I lost my husband two years... ago. One of the first thing my Daughter asked was to see the Carfax Report. Tony Grunder said they didn’t have one and a lot of times they are not correct. My Son-in-law then asked if the car was ok and hadn’t been wrecked or any structural damage. Tony said knew the car was fine. Recently I decided I needed a car with more safety options and my Daughter took me to Wichita to buy a Subaru. I was telling them how nice the Equinox was and we added $500.00 of additional chrome trim. You can imagine how embarrassed and shocked we were when the Subaru manager returned to show us the carfax report. The first item on the report was that the car had structural damage! They said this was going to affect how much they could give me for my car. So I lost thousands of dollars on my trade-in because Fisher’s were not honest with me. As it showed on the Carfax that the lease company had given Fisher’s the information. You would think that by being a local person from El Dorado, and trying to buy local I would’ve been treated better. They should be made to give me the difference I lost! Kay Zang
They were very polite. They were unable to diagnose the problem with my vehicle. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the service center. . . .
